My family loves Taco Bell and we eat here a lot. I am disappointed that the service has gone down considerably over the past couple of months. It is taking forever to get food and the drive thru is a parking lot! Also, the place looks abandoned. There are no exterior lights on! Not sure what's going on but things need to be fixed. I'm at a point I will drive anywhere else not to come here. I keep hoping things will get better but they just aren't.
At Taco John's®, we serve traditional Mexican food-with a twist. By fusing bold American flavors with south-of-the-border spice, we've defined our signature menu. From our trademark Potato Olés® and freshly prepared tacos to our infamous breakfast burrito
Stopped on the way out of town and found a convenient Taco Johns just off of the interstate. Had breakfast burritos, which were great. Service was outstanding.

First Time @ Senor Jalapeno's, after living here for almost 8 years. I honestly do not understand all the rave reviews.... it was GROSS. The chips were stale (as seems to be the consensus from everyone else rating Senor's), the HOT green chili tasted like some sort of chinese egg drop soup, beans were okay but dry, rice was a clump of mush (looked like over-cooked oatmeal) with a splash of tomato sauce for color (rice grains were not even recognizable). The restaurant itself is a dump and dirty. Service was extremely slow and only 3 tables were filled with 2 servers. All you can eat Wednesdays for $8 (if you can stomach it) and Thursdays are .99 cent margaritas (you'll need these to wash down the yucky food). Won't be back.

Windsor is short on quality Mexican food. We have several Mexican restaurants, have tried them all, and none has kept our patronage for long. However, Mi Tierra seems to be a restaurant that we will patronize. The prices and portions are reasonable. The menu is varied, including hamburgers and breakfast. We love the breakfast burritos that are served all day. I have tried their burrito plates and appreciated the inclusion of black beans. What has impressed me is the personal attention to each other order, cleanliness, and prompt service. I appreciated noticing the chef wore gloves and the cleanness of the cooking area. Not a large restaurant, having only a few tables. The drinks are pricey but we rarely purchase soft drinks. We hope that Mi Tierra does well and plan on visiting at least weekly.

This is just a small hole-in-the-wall place, which I always find is the best. The menu on one side is typical american fare, and the other side, Mexican. Chips and salsa are free....ok, nothing special... the salsa I found a bit bland. We ordered the Supreme Nachos to share, and it was a good size portion. Cheese was a bit runny....wish they would just melt regular block cheese, as this always seems like velveeta... they were tasty and filling but certainly nothing to write home about....but then, I am a nacho snob.....The other dishes they were serving around us looked good, so would have to go back to try something else to give a better review.

Sol De Jalisco offers authentic Mexican food including burritos, combination dinners, salads, and appetizers in the Windsor, CO.
My wife had heard âgood thingsâ so we went for the 1st time on a Saturday night. Nice greeting, interesting decor, but to start we didnât think the chips and salsa were very good.....and thatâs probably just as important an anything else. Our entrees were nothing memorable and I guess it just wasnât our type of restaurant and we wonât be back.

The food is very good. Portions are large. They serve beans and salsa as you look over the menu. Staff is very attentive. Plates are cleared immediately and drinks are refilled quickly. They are also very friendly. Prices seem a little high, but not too bad. I highly recommend the Carne Asada
