Best Mexican food in Troy. Great lunch specials and good portions. Good drinks from the restaurant bar. The staff is usually attentive- sometimes if they are busy it lacks, but no problems at lunch time in getting quick service. Yummy enchiladas!

Very good Mexican food. Delicious salsa, greasy chips. Nice quesa dip. Wonderful margaritas. Terrific quesadilla's. Good beans. Generous portion sizes. Reasonably priced. Server was inattentive, forgetful, and scarce. Loud, noisy atmosphere. Colorful decor. Amply parking.

I will never go back to this Taco Bell again!!!You know, one expects a certain amount of mediocrity when dealing with fast food workers, but this was ridiculous. The girl behind the counter had only been there a week and didn't know the computer system. And while this is not her fault, someone should have been on that register with her to help the poor girl out. My girlfriend had to repeat her portion of the order 3 times, and I had to repeat my portion of the order 4 times. And even then, 2 of the items (my girlfriend's dinner) were not rung up, and two of my items that were supposed to be without red sauce had red sauce on them. When my girlfriend attempted to bring this to the attention of the manager, the manager got an attitude and argued with my girlfriend and even walked away from her while she was still speaking. This is horribly rude and absolutely unacceptable. Is it so hard to apologize for the mistake and ring up the rest of the order? Or to make my soft tacos the way I asked for them? Instead of an apology what we got was attitude. Instead of making it right what we got was an argument. And instead of courteous service what we experienced was a bunch of bad attitude. I have called corporate and will be complaining to upper management about this. If you live in the area here is a tip: There are quite a few fast food places on Hwy. 47 in troy. Were I you, I'd take my money to any one of them other than this Taco Bell as the managers in these other places are more than likely way more polite than this dumb cow was.
