Staff responds quickly, though with some abruptness and less cordiality than should be given.We ordered tacos and each was done as Taco Bells all over do them. For the most part, the amount of taco meat and vegetables were satisfactory and the temperature of the food was hot, which was a great plus.The restaurant was clean and welcoming and my party could tell much effort went into keeping it that way since other restaurants are in the same shopping center which are not nearly that clean.

Visited cocos Mexican fast food restaurant recently for early dinner. We were told by the friendly waiter that it is owned by the same people that operate Fiesta grill across town but they wanted a â fast food â type Mexican restaurant. Itâs a pretty simple menu where you attempt to order tacos and assorted Mexican fare ala carte and add your protein/ veggies etc. Itâs a simple process but not easy to understand at first due to a confusing menu. Once you order however you seat yourself and the obligatory chips arrive. I ordered a fish taco and a coconut shrimp taco. They were both well prepared and tasty as several squeeze bottles of diff sauces are provided. My wife had a Mexican salad bowl that she enjoyed. They had flan for dessert but it had just come out of the oven so we couldnât sample it.. Iâm sure it would have been good since it was just made! Overall it was a pleasant meal but there are better options in town if youâre really hungry. Sort of a subway concept done w Mexican food but all done in the kitchen. Iâd rate it 7/10.

Looking for a place to eat in Thibodeaux, we came upon this restaurant by chance and it was one of the culinary highlights of our road trip. We had the feeling we were in Mexico for a few hours, the people were very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and not expensive at all. We also liked the store full of Mexican products.

Haven't been a big fan of Chili's in the past...it's a chain and I found it to be predictably mediocre at best. Lately things are much improved. More updated choices, fresh guacamole made at the table that is really good, steaks cooked to order that are tender and flavorful. More food with a Hispanic twist and all fresher and well seasoned in contrast to what I've had at Chili's previously. Reasonable prices, combos for two, healthy choices - close to my house, it's a good place for a causal meal.

Good wasn't right as I ordered it, waitress was rude when I told her about my food. Food came out wring and just the same as I had the first time. Then I just ask for chicken nuggets and fries bc I was tired of waiting nuggets came out cold bc they were out if freezer and wasn't heated long enough. Ice was still in middle. Just saying never again.

Had the Chimichanga here for lunch while my son had the chicken enchilada al a carte. Chips and salsa along with beans right when we sat down were excellent. Our food was very good. We especially like how they used white meat for the chimichanga and enchilada. Delicious.

Whenever I'm in Thibodaux, I try to get to La Palma, an unassuming little spot located on a down-at-the-heels stretch at the edge of town. Everything I've tasted has been wonderful, but I almost always order the excellent take on Enchiladas Verdes (with chicken). At lunch, two enchiladas with beans and rice is $7.25--a delicious bargain. Several other lunch specials are available, too. A free condiment bar features chips, (unexceptional salsas), grilled onions and green chiles. I'm told by Thibodaux residents that this is the best, most authentic Mexican in town. I'll never know because I'm not going anywhere else.
