Stopped in for lunch today. We drive through Susanville about once a year, and there really are not that many restaurants.We stopped here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised - great chicken burrito with rice and beans, plus a shredded beef taco salad, plus a draft dark Modelo beer and an ice tea for just $17.00 Great value.

Local joint with generally really good service! The ranchero beans are amazing. Typical Mexican menu that is very flexible. My husband likes the Carnitas Burrito and I love both the flautas and chicken tostado. The chicken on the tostado is to die for!

This place has it all: the most popular, friendly, great service, fantastic food, and modest (unbeatable) prices. At 10 AM we had to wait a bit for a table for breakfast, but it was well worth it. Come between 6 and 9 am and get an even lower bill.
