We were on our to a funeral at Rose Hills and wanted to stop somewhere for lunch and this is where we landed by chance. Glad we did!! After a very short wait we were seated and ordered margaritas all around. We looked over the extensive menu and all made our choices. 1 albondigas soup, 1 chicken torta, 1 carne asada torta and 1 carne asada quesadilla. Everyone was happy with their meal. The carne asada was very flavorful. They offer a patio seating for large parties which could be a lot of fun as they also have a nice bar with a variety of spirits.

My husband and I loved every bite of the fabulously flavored dinners that we enjoyed at this friendly restaurant. It was by far the most authentic Mexican cuisine that we have ever experienced outside of Mexico. I ordered birria La Barca, a delectably prepared goat in mole. It was so good that I was so busy eating that I rarely paused to converse. As my husband would attest, that is most unusual for an engaged talker like me! My husband equally applauded his molcajete. It was a pot of well-seasoned chicken breast and carne asada with chorizo, salsa and yummy cheese. My husband likes it spicy and that's exactly what he got. Since our food was spicier than we expected, we should have had ordered beer to accompany our meals. It perhaps depends upon the day and time that folks arrive, but my husband and I arrived at about 4:30 pm on a Wednesday and we were seated immediately. Service was fast. What we enjoyed most about our dining experience is that it was really unique and delivered special flavors. Prices were reasonable for what we received. Street parking is available but we parked in the large, free parking lot behind the restaurant. Although we live about 40 minutes from this restaurant, we are already planning our return visit.
We order shrimp and tacos! Awesome food and great price! Great customer service and clean establishment.
They have a salsa bar with free tortilla chips and salsa. They're ran out of the spiced carrots at 1 o'clock and the cashier told me that she was making some. Interesting that they didn't have this product at lunch time. They also didn't have a little paper book or container to put your tortilla chips in and she referred me to some baggies on the counter period looks like really bad management to me. My chicken taco at all kinds of Grizzle or ligaments in it but otherwise was good. My carne asada talked it was also good and both tacos were served on full size corn tortillas which was a nice touch. This was my first time in and I don't feel like they even care about their restaurant and how its run. There's a torn half sign that says New Management that looks like crap and that doesn't seem to bother anybody and a lot of the tables or dirty.
Used to love this place, until it nearly ended me up in the hospital. I had a chili relleno burrito and 2 adobada tacos, late night. I suspect the beans or eggs. Thank God my children ordered carne asada. I have eaten here since the eighties for the uniqueness of the food. Ironically enough, I was starring at the "B" grade in the window. I was sick for a week ! The health dept. found numerous violations, cited them and put a "C" in the window. BETTER THINK TWICE. NEVER AGAIN. A friend later warned me regarding the lack of cleanliness.
We tried their sushi...and found they offered many unique and delicious rolls,,,and yellow tail sashimi was REALLY fresh. Next time I'll try their other unique sushi from the menu or the days special.
Los tacos estan sabrosos pero lo que más me gusta son las tortas de milanesa,si hay taco truck en la noche
We stopped by to have breakfast on a Sunday morning and it was not busy. I ordered the Juevos a la Mexicana which is my favorite Mexican breakfast dish. This combo comes with seasoned scrambled eggs, rice, pinto beans (usually refried beans), and lettuce with guacamole. They charged an extra $1 for requesting flour tortillas, which is a first for any Mexican restaurant I've been to. The red hot salsa is perfectly spiced and has the right amount of kick to it.
I've been coming here for over 20 yrs! i love the fish tacos, but with no "crema" (some kind of sauce made with mayo) and the potato tacos. They also come with a side of chiles "chiles gueritos". The place seems to always be crowded but it's worth the wait. I love that this location has a drive thru.

What to choose? Stopped by this wonderful restaurant as it was recommended by a local colleague. Fresh made tortillas, rice, refried beans, and multiple choices of meat...chicken, beef, pork each in a savory sauce cooked beautifully. The meat was tender and seasoned with love. Came by during lunch but will likely return again to experience the entertainment offered in the evenings: mariachis. Friendly and prompt service. Simply great food. Yum! Gracias Cielito Lindo! Highly recommended if your in town and want great Mexican Food.
