The city shares a border on the Arkansas-Oklahoma state line with the city of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, which is within the Cherokee Nation territory. The town was founded in 1882 and was characterized by the purported healing powers of the spring water feeding Sager Creek and trading with nearby Native American tribes. John Brown University (JBU) was founded in 1919 as a private, interdenominational, Christian liberal arts college in the city. Today, Siloam Springs is known for its efforts to preserve and revitalize the city's historic downtown and as a promoter of the arts via Sager Creek Arts Center and the JBU art gallery. The community is located on the western edge of the growing Northwest Arkansas metropolitan area and has had a population increase of 47% to 15,039 between the 2000 and 2010 censuses.

They did not put any quality into making my food. I watched him make it, and he did it so quick! I was very unpleased when eating my meal! All my sauce was at the bottom of my food! And couldn't really taste it! It was a poor experience! Take your time, and make my food correct! They wern't even busy when I came in!

Boring, bland and tasteless. Honestly I'm shocked this place would charge as much as they do for good that lacks such imagination or flavor. I was so excited to see a new, non franchise restaurant in Siloam Springs because I love supporting local and I admire people with the guts to dare something as bold as a new restaurant. I not only was disappointed, but mad that it was so bad. I have eaten at restaurants and thought, "That's bad, I'm not going back" but only rarely am I so disappointed that it ticks me off.I'm even more shocked at the "61 Reviews" rating 4+ stars. I almost never see cars in the lot.Anyway. Try Taco Bell if you want better tacos for less $.Iâm sorry you had a bad experience. I hope you will try us again. As you can see on google reviews we have lots of positive reviews and people that have had a good experience. Thanks for your review.

Salsa and white cheese dips were just good. Food was not hot. I ordered the Chili Verdi. It smelled bad, and looked bad when the waiter set it down. I took one bite and spit it out. IT WAS SPOILED AND SOUR!!! My wife had a chicken dish of some kind it was just ok she said. The waiter disappeared after bringing the food. I asked another waiter to send him to our table. He finally showed up with the bill. I told him the food was spoiled. He took the bill back and deducted my meal. The Resturant is old,and very dirty. Even the entryway is dirty. This is for the Resturant on 412 their #2 location. I WILL NOT EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!

Good food, definitely TexMex, but good food. Some of the best table salsa I've had at a restaurant, my family thought it was spicy. But I thought it was perfect. One of the litmus tests I have for Mexican restaurants is the attention they give to refried beans. Most places lazily slop a bland canned stuff on your plate as an after thought. These were definitely flavorful. I very much enjoyed the Tacos Al Pastor, could have been improved by adding grilled jalapeños on the side. My teenagers were entertained by the fajitas tacos, but were hoping for fajitas chimichangas (maybe the future). As my wife loves most everything with Chorizo, she was ver pleased with the Alex Special. I'm not sure what it is with multiple Mexican restaurants in NWA, but many have specials named after rather, "Gringo" names. Alex, Steven (which my youngest loved) Dennis, Hill, Lee. It's kind of amusing, but they are all tasty. Anyway. Very nice staff which makes it a plus. Although we hadn't had an opportunity to try one of their libations, there is a full bar that on hoping has a "Margarita Night" we can enjoy some time. We'll be back.

If you want an enormous amount of Mexican/el Salvadoran food at a reasonable price, this is the place. Nothing fancy when you walk through the doors. They have some off menu items such as tongue that you will know about if you ask or read the Spanish menu. Excellent selection of burritos. Sopes, tacos, enchiladas and more. The pork items are preferred to the other meats. Substantial portions.

The reviews drew us in, but the disgusting food ran us out. This is by far the worst Mexican food we have ever eaten. My chimichanga was some chicken rolled in a tortilla and not fried. The steak ranchero my husband had was freezer burned. Nothing was made fresh and clearly came off a food service truck. The food was not good at all. I don't know where all the 5 stars are coming from, clearly people don't know what real authentic Mexican food is supposed to taste like.
