Things to do in San Fernando
The food is good. The service isn'tâbad at all. They are pretty quick and rarely screw up. They add new things to their menu all of the time. I only wish it wasn't so fattening!
Before my visit, I wondered why there was almost always people standing and waiting. One taste answered that question. Simply put, delicious tacos at a very fair price.
This is a very small restaurant located near the I5 and 118 freeways in the San Fernando Valley and about 2 blocks from the San Fernando Senior High School. The food is very authentic Mexican and the prices are reasonable. A large variety of dishes are served including simple tacos, enchiladas and tostadas and delicious specialties like carne asada, picado, carnitas and pollo cozumel. The carne asada is some of the best I have hadoutside of Mexico. The owner is friendly and will gladly make substitutions if wanted. If you're looking for some great tasting authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend this little eatery.
I was looking to try a new place for seafood and I'm glad I did. Their fish ceviche tostadas were great as well as their aguachiles. Also tried the micheladas and I've gotta say they were really good too. Definitely going back ;o)
Los Poblanos is a great place for great eats! Marcos is a great owner and has a great menu with a variety of foods. Bank for you buck- and the food is above and beyond average places around town. I will be coming here more often!
I loved the handmade tortillas here. Nice little surprise in San Fernando near Sylmar. We were here for a volleyball tournament and weâre happy that we found this little place. The service was really really good. Very nice people. Excellent food

I have been working in the area for close to 3 years and had never gone out to a local restaurant - really! The area is filled with fast food and little storefronts serving all kinds of ethnic food, but no 'better-restaurants' that I had noticed. I had two customers visiting and I needed to take them to lunch, so refer to trusty TripAdvisor and voila, very good meal, service, value, but the decor is just coffee-shop. Scary to drive up to low-rent looking strip center with bad pavement, but upon entering front of Graciana everything was clean and in perfect condition. Customers happy, almost licked their plates clean, and didn't care that they both ended up with food on their clothes!

This is my favorite Mexican lunch spot in the San Fernando Valley. Very good food, reasonable prices, comfortable setting, friendly, relaxed service with two big screen tv's for watching soccer matches, or whatever else happens to be of interest. One of the rare places that serves goat and I highly recommend it. Good for Families, lunch with business associates and special events.

Counter ordering of traditional Mexican cuisine with quick service and good food. There are many very good Mexican restaurants in the area the are comparable or better. We tried the tamales, tacos and carnitas plates. The tortilla's are delicious and fresh, we ordered more to take back to our co-workers. Nice selection of Mexican beers and there is a Soda fountain.

Excellent tamales to eat in or take out. Counter order and they give you a number to take to your table, then deliver your food. There is a very good selection of Mexican dishes, however they are known for their fresh, home made tamales. You can watch them being made behind a large window. Food is fresh, savory and excellent.
