Our hotel van took us to this small restaurant. My wife and I had wonderful steaks and great service. There is an open air portion and inside dining available. They have a brick oven for pizzas. The ones we saw looked great.

We only had appetizers but I can say they are quite good ( chicken wings and mozzarella sticks ). A big variety of drinks. Just keep in mind they don't have an english menu.

The best place to spend some time in the company of a drink of the highest quality and taste.
Me and my wife have been walking the downtown of Salamanca looking for a place to have a good cup of coffee. We literally spent hours, until we found La Tertulia just like an oasis.I will allow myself to describe in a little detail according to the sequence of my experience in this worthy visit. The place itself provides a very nostalgic and romantic atmosphere. It remains me of those old coffee houses in the state of Veracruz, specially because there was a young pianist (who plays on every Friday) performing in a very graceful way. The walls are decorated with the most carefully collected century-old-items, even the tables have a unique look. It's just full of a mix of personal and antique touch since all the woodwork in the place was the creation of a family member. It's amazing! I also feel like home with the very nice service the staff provides, giving privacy and attention just as a coffee shop should be. Which remains me to mention how perfect this place is to have from business meetings to the casual lonely reader, and from families to romantic young couples. The menu.It is really what you expect from a place like this. The espresso bar provides the traditional drinks that fuses with the "Salmantino" taste for coffee, all with a very personal touch in every drink. All drinks are crafted with care, so as the food! I had just the chance to have the biggest and delicious crêpe plate in a long time. But all in all I think it's worth to try all the items in the menu, and unfortunately for the time I have, it has to be another time.I hope this review helps you in what you look for. Safe travels. We really appreciate all your kind words, we feel so happy that you liked the coffee shop and the food as well, we look forward to have you here next time, and as always we will put all our hearts and soul, to try to give you the best service that every customer deserves, We wish you the best. and Thanks again.

Came here at the recommendations of locals. The outside was very busy. Obviously a popular place. Parking is very convenient just next to the entrance. We sat inside. Service was quick. Menus available in English was helpful. Tried several different tacos. Excellent tasting. Drinks were cheap. Would certainly come here again to try more of the selections.
Ufff totalmente recomendable las de Chile negro es lo mejor pero hay q ir con mucha paciencia que duran mucho pero vale la pena la espera muy ricas

We checked their website for location and hours of operation. It said they were open till 7pm. Our hotel van took us there. We arrived at 6:20pm. Their "Abierto" sign was on, but they saw us and told our driver that they are closed. Very disappointing that they would close early, even though we were there wanting dinner.

Short walk from hotel in a nice neighborhood. Great crowd, waiter, food, coffee and atmosphere. I had a cafe latte and eggs Florentine and would definitely order again!!
