.... for a Brit in the current dollar pound environment! Setting aside 5 burritos, 5 beers and a margarita with 10% tip (only? Only in the US would 10% be an insult - in U.K. That would be good performance) cost me £140, the food here was great. Don't be put off by the shack appearance and give it a go.
Where to eat Bar food in Sag Harbor: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Cilantro's - is a family run take out restaurant opened in 2009, that offers fresh and deliciously cooked south of the border cuisine, from locally sourced and organically farmed ingredients, for local and summer residents around the Sag Harbor, NY area,
Cilantro's is a beautiful, well-stocked grocery store. Some items were a little pricey compared to home. But the salad bar offerings were delicious and comparably priced to what I'm used to, and we enjoyed yummy salads for several of our meals during our vacation. A pleasure!Thank you!
I was so happy to discover Jimmy Jims Deli while driving down Noyac Road a few weeks ago. I have now already been there about five times to buy lunch. Their sandwiches are terrific. All the salads are freshly made using good quality, often organic, ingredients. I particularly love the chicken salad with bacon on a hero. They also sell Mexican dishes. Today, I sampled the chicken taco platter and it was delicious. In addition, they sell freshly baked goods -- croissants, turnovers, pies, scones-- which are also of very good quality. One can also buy there good quality organic brands of nut butters, salsas, jams etc. I see that they also make coffee drinks and smoothies, although I have not yet sampled any. Everything I have sampled has been very very good. Definitely a notch above your typical deli fare. I always take out from there and eat at home or on the beach, however there is an eat-in area for those who prefer that. The clientele seems to run the gamut from locals to well-heeled summer rental Moms.
