The Red Cadillac specializes in Tacos & Tequilas. A Great selection of top shelf tequilas, including 10 flavors of house infused tequila. Also, everything is made from scratch. Even the taco shells & tortillas. Great decor & fun concept. Restaurant , Bar
The food is very good. The service at times can be a bit slow, but overall very good.We went there during the St. Patrick's Day parade, and although the weren't serving food at that time, the bar was packed with Police and Fire Dept. personnel and the two bartenders where amazing, very attentive and on top of their game.

I have been searching for a restaurant that served 2 dishes I got many places while traveling in Mexico in the 80s. One was a GOOD mole and the other was shrimp or fish in "mojo de ajo". This place came through with both of them. Mole is very complicated and takes a lot of work to make well, mojo de ajo is simple, but most places don't do it very well. This is a very simple place, English is definitely a second language, but the menu is large, the people are pleasant and the taste was wonderful. I will go back every time I am in the area.

Had dinner here on a Friday night and it was ok. We started off with some margaritas and they have a decent selection from the traditional offerings to some with fruity (guava, etc.) twists. You can even upgrade to Cuervo 1800 tequila for only a dollar more! For appetizers, we started off with the guacamole and chips. The guacamole was a little chunkier than we like and the flavor was just ok --- it was missing some of the fresh lime juice and sharp flavor that we prefer with our guac. The chips were also a little thicker than we're accustomed and a bit too crunchy. We also had the grilled corn, which was really good. 3" sections of grilled corn on the cob were covered in tasty cheese and spices and served on a stick to prevent a mess - worth trying. For our entrees, we both had 3-tacos each. I had the chicken, which had more of a mushed up consistency (think chicken salad) style and somewhat mild flavor. My wife had the shrimp tacos and they were grilled and seasoned well - the tastier choice. The vibe was upbeat and the hostess and server were nice. They have a bar and several TV's so if you're looking to grab a drink and some tacos, this place is worth checking out.
