Home of legendary burritos & iconic Baja fish taco
For years, we'd go really regularly. We found the concept and the food to be good quality, fresh and a good value. We rarely go anymore as the plan seems to be less attractive, less upkept, less clean, perhaps. It's still cheap and filling but it's lost its charm for us. Too bad.
This is a "Taco Truck" parked behind the Shell gas station. It has two or three outside tables, but is otherwise an "order at the window" kind of operation. There is a very limited one-page menu, and just one. We bought a couple of steak enchiladas for $12.00 apiece. For that you get some small steak between two soft shell tacos with a bit of lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and a small dab of sour cream. It's an appetizer-sized serving at an entree price. You could order a sit down meal for the same price elsewhere in town. Not the friendliest place either, but I have to tell you: The food was good.
When was the last time someone said, "Let's go have Norwegian food for dinner"? Probably never and during a recent overnight in the contrived Norwegian-themed town, Poulsbo, Washington, after checking out some of the downtown eateries, the wife and I decided to try the non-Norwegian Tortas 2 Margaritas Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is located in a strip mall a couple hundred yards from the hotel we were staying at, and after being unimpressed with the menues of the downtown restaurants, we thought we would give it a try and were not dissapointed. The atmosphere is not much, and the tables are pretty cramped, but their menu is incredible! They have just about the largest menu selection of any Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. I had Camarones Monterrey; garlic and cilantro marinated shrimp wrapped in bacon and baked, served fajita style over sauteed onion and green peppers topped with Jack cheese served with guacamole and mango sauce! EXCELLENT!!My wife had a Burrito de Puerco; a flour tortilla with pork carnitas, rice and beans topped with burrito sauce, guacamole and other stuff. It was very good, but my Camarones won the best plate contest. The service was very good, friendly nice people; lots of Spanish spoken by the staff, so you know it isn't a Norwegian-run place pretending to be Mex. Well worth the effort to get out of the downtown area, easy to find, and very good.

This place has been renamed to La Costa. Located along WA-305. The food was quite good and tasty. The ice cream was large and needed to be shared. Very friendly people. Will return there.
Excellent and a nice surprise in the area! Pupusas (spinach and cheese ones) are so delicious! Authentic food and very friendly staff. Nice to have a restaurant with vegetarian and gluten-free options in Kitsap. The freshly made juices (spinach with orange and celery and beet with orange) are exquisite, unless you are expecting sugary, dairy-rich fattening drinks.

While the Los Cabos menu contains many delicious items, I specifically went there for their albondigas (Mexican meatball and vegetable soup). So tasty and superb, we ordered yet an extra soup to take along with us. Winter, spring, summer or fall finds this delicious menu staple available for the ordering.

We stopped in for the first time 2 weeks ago and will definitely be back. We were greeted right away by a friendly lady and given chips, salsa and beans for a starter. I had carne asada which I would recommend. The bartender made us 2 tasty spicy margaritas. My wife also enjoyed her taquitos. Thanks again, we will be back soon!

If you like Mexican food you will not be disappointed here. Rice was excellent, frijoles with a smokey bbq sauce were awesome & a very unique chile relleno that was excellent also. Wash it all down with a glass of their homemade sangria! All of this in a setting that makes you feel like you are in a cantina in Old Sonora.

This is a great lunch getaway for my co-workers and I.It's a hidden gem of a restaurant, that if judged from the exterior, one would probably dismiss. The interior is nothing to boast about, very simple, Hispanic murals on the wall, a dated menu above the cash register. The restaurant, is not pristinely cleaned, but it is clean. If you want music, ambiance, then this is NOT your the restaurant for you. Now, if you want GREAT Mexican food, at very reasonable prices, then this is your place. They have a special most days, posted to the right of the cash register.I had the chicken enchilada lunch special today, and a side of chips and salsa. I ate it all, and it was delicious.I usually get the taco plate, which you can get with carne asada, chicken, or pork.I really like their chili relleno. It's pretty darn good as well. All in all, what this place lacks in ambiance, it TOTALLY makes up for it where it counts, Delicious food!!!Bon appetit!
