I had the enchilada and chile relleno combination. The chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was pretty good. The service was very fast and friendly. My food came in less than ten minutes. The main dish was very tastey. Altogether a wonderful dining experience.

Atmosphere is good, service staff is great. Food has gone down hill over the past 2 years. Flavor is lacking and 3 of our 4 entrees were scorched. Chiimichanga's shouldn't be served burnt. We agree with you, Debbie. Chimichangas and any other of our menu items shouldn't be served scorched. Please accept our apology and consider giving us another chance when your travels bring you back our way. If you ever have any part of your meal that you're not thrilled with, please bring it to your server's or a manager's attention so we can make it right on the spot. If you've read any of my other reviews you know we are super picky about our Mexican food. So when I say this place has good food I don't do so lightly. We just had lunch but the tacos were super flavorful. When she asked how hot we wanted them I said "hot" and they were! The adobado (we had the beef) was great. We were very disappointed they weren't open on Sunday because we wanted to try more items before we had to leave the area.

The sopitas were excellent with fresh masa corn cakes and nicely seasoned shredded beef. My husbandâs veggie burrito was also good, loaded with veggies with his choice of bean (black). No refills offered on the chips and salsa â both were great though. While the food was excellent, the drinks were disappointing. I was sad to learn that the margaritas are premixed, at least at this location. The sangria was a bit watery and lacked that bit of carbonation found in traditional recipes.Overall, we enjoyed our experience and look forward to visiting the new Sandpoint location again.
