....I won't order another "skinny" margarita again. I hate to ding a restaurant a star for their cocktail list, but I couldn't help it with this one. Here's why....after being seated, I noticed their cocktail list situated at the end of the table. I believe there were three margaritas listed. Two of the three were flavored. For example, one was a tamarind margarita. I forget what the other one was.The third margarita did not list any extra flavors....the skinny margarita. So I ordered it. The outcome? Its flavor was good, as they used fresh squeezed juices. So that was great. But nothing else really stood out. No floater of Grand Marnier on top. No top-shelf tequila used. If they did, you couldn't taste it, nor did they list so on the cocktail list on the table. One other thing they didn't list? The price! Now I'll take blame in that I didn't ask them what the price was before ordering. My fault. But with no indications on the cocktail list of top-shelf liquor being used, I figured they were the "normal" priced margaritas found in town. Not so.$14 a pop. As my wife had one too, $28 of our bill was for two drinks. Not good.Hey, if the value is there, I'm OK with that cost. But not with these....no mas.Interior space / ambiance of the restaurant = 4.5 star.Food = 3.5 to 4 star. Food was good, but I found it to be more similar to the other restaurants in the Valley, than different. I guess with the word "Cuisine" added to their name, I was expecting something a bit different.

I have eaten at the Jalapeños restaurant in Klamath Falls many times, they have outstanding burritos, my favorite is the California burrito. While in Medford I tried the local Jalapeños and order the same thing, the California burrito. I could not even finish it because it was so salty and lacked any other flavor. Also, the salsa bar there was not as well stocked or as clean as the other store and the salsa lacked the flavor and heat of the Klamath Falls store.Super nice employees and reasonable prices though!

Visited here with family (all adults) and we all had a great time. The atmosphere and decor was very appropriate- it was well designed. The waitress was very friendly and super efficient.Lots of choices on the menu and we all had something different. Large portions so none of us could manage dessert. Only criticism was that the combo I had with a chicken tostada and Chile Relleno was rather bland and didn't have much spice to it. I don't like 'hot', but there was not even the hint of spice in my dishes, which for a Mexican was a disappointment.

We came in for lunch and were greeted right away. We were debating on our meals and ultimately decided on the chicken fajitas we split the meal and I also got a fish taco which was great. The fajita meal was excellent, more than enough for two. It came with rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and guacamole. The male server was amazing. He brought over more chips and tortillas for the fajitas. He was there when we needed him but not a pest. This place was very clean and frankly set the standard now for other Mexican restaurants that we may visit. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!

I'll start by saying we have been going here for years. It's been a year since our last visit. Drastic changes since our last visit...and not in a good way. Tacos were OK but my husband ordered a meat burrito. He said it tasted like lasagna...?, what. I tried a bite and it did...horrible, almost inedible. Hate to say it but this will be our last visit.Mogcambomama...I’m not sure what happened with your order this evening. I’ll start by saying sorry for the mistake. We try very hard to accommodate our patrons and rarely have negative reviews. Did you tell my staff that there was an issue with your meal? We didn’t know there was a problem until you posted this review. Many times if an issue arises, it can be easily fixed, but obviously, we would have to know that there was a problem in the first place. We sold many burritos today....and everyone enjoyed theirs, so I’m not certain why yours was the exception. Again, having known you had an issue and had you given us the opportunity to fix it for you on the spot might’ve changed your perception and experience with us today. We have had some changes, but our cooks, our recipes and traditions for the past 27 years have been the same. That’s why we continue to lead and are recognized as one of the best Mexican restaurants in Southern Oregon. We won best of the best in 2018, an honor we regularly receive year-in and year-out. If you decide to try it again before another year goes by, please let me know. I’ll gladly refund your money and/or replace your meal if you find it less than edible. Thank you,Jose BGM
