Took forever to get our food, 4 of us went in (2 couples 2 separate orders) one couple got their food and was finished when the other couple finally got theirs. Oh and it was cold when they got it. Restaurant hadn't been cleaned since they opened in the morning this includes the tables. We came in at 7 pm. Little tiny sugar ants around the inside of the window where we sat, had to move. SLOW SLOW service, its the north east not the deep south. Pick up the pace!! Clean up the restaurant invest in some bug spray

Very simple and cozy authentic mexican food. We love mexican food and drinks and both were excellent. The restaurant is hidden in a small strip mall but it's worth a drive. Excellent customer service as well.

I had heard about Border Cafe and we finally went for my daughterâs birthday. She and her husband bragged about Joseâs Rice. I was expecting something very unique. I didnât think it was that special, really, and I wouldnât order it again. However, the food was hot and reliable. I ordered enchiladas and they were your typical fare. There were also different menu items such as Crawfish Etouffee. It was the first time I had tried them, as I was always turned off. They were quite good. I donât think youâd go wrong here. Iâd like to go back soon because I loved the atmosphere and the staff. Both added to the relaxed, fun feeling we had on our last visit.

Had my thanksgiving dinner here. It's been a year since my last visit, so I declared that my recent LOS JARRITOS meal was my thanksgiving meal. I gave great thanks to the ladies as it was better than any "great turkey" dinner. Love the Burritos. I cover the burritio with the salsa provided with the chips. Too bad they are only open Fri-Sunday at the New Castle Farmer's Market.
