Our restaurant choice had apparently closed down very recently. This one was in the same courtyard and became a good alternative. The courtyard alone is worth a visit. Relaxing, lovely trees for shade, etc.You order your food from a board. We weren't disappointed with either the service or quality. Prices were reasonable.

Great fast, casual Mexican dining. Eat in or take out. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner to fill up on before taking the Road to Hana.

What a fabulous find and reviews are accurate. The menu is quite varied and appealing to most palates. Unfortunately we were not hungry enough for the substantial seafood soup that looked fabulous. The beef tongue special was delicate and so yummy. The plate had a generous portion of tasty meat. The shrimp and pork plates were also so delicious. Moderately priced and great friendly service. Some smaller tables inside and 3 picnic tables outside. Can't wait to go back.

We stopped here based on a happy hour recommendation, which they donât serve on weekends but we stopped on our way down from viewing the sunset at Haleakala anyway. They have really fresh, chunky, unique salsa and their chips are also good. We had a handful of flour chips thrown in with our corn chips, which seemed to be a thing they do, and I really liked that twist. Our food was good, but not the best Mexican food Iâve ever eaten (Iâve had some great meals in TX and CA). We did enjoy our dinner, though, and the portions are huge, prices are reasonable. FYI, our waitress said the enchiladas all have a âred sauceâ but it was actually a mole sauceâtwo totally different things. It was fine, but not what I expected so I wouldâve ordered something else had I realized that. In any case, this is a neat little joint with a great atmosphere and the food is good enough to enjoy.

Ate at their food cart during Maui Fridays. Several selection of fillings such as salmon, chicken, beef and pork. The letter tasted the best. Served on fresh heated soft taco shells with pieces of spinach. You can add one of their two sauces available. Tasted alright, especially 3 for $5. There was someone with a sample tray so you could taste what would suit you best.
