We usually order a standard Carnitas dinner plate to compare "apples to apples" at any Mexican place we try. Their roast pork dinner was a winner. They have good flavored arroz and frijoles to complement this dinner.Our guest ordered a specialty dinner with shrimp and other things...we had a taste of that--also good!Standard dinners include salsa and chips. Salsa was good but could have been better to our "pico de Gallo" fresh style taste.Prices were in the value-for-the-money level.

I was in Oxford for the weekend visiting my son and we decided to try this place. We ended up being a group of 5 and got were seating upon our arrival at 6:30. The place is only a short drive (or walk) from uptown and we all decided that it was definitely worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive. There were plenty of tables including a good number of larger tables for bigger groups. They took our drink order right away and brought us chips and salsa which were very good. Very large menu with lots of options. Many you would expect to see along with some more original options. The portions were good and reasonable prices too. We had a few combo platters along with the chicken fajitas. Everything was very good. We all said that this place is well worth a return. I too will be back next time I'm in the area.

knew exactly what i wanted and that is what i received. decent, low priced meal served quickly and to my specifications. staff was friendly and efficient. facility was clean. not too much else to say - the rice was cooked correctly, beans were tasty and the lettuce was crisp. go enjoy . . .
