I visited Playa Papagayo Cantina Mexicana for dinner ... they have a separate vegetarian menu with half a dozen vegetarian options ... I was able to arrange for enchiladas and a tortilla to be veganized ... very nice setting overlooking Subic Bay ... the restaurant was clean and the staff helpfull

I was very please my first 2 visits, the tacos are great I had the fish and then the beef tacos. The staff is new and still learning but they are doing well overall.
