Located steps away from Petco Park, The Blind Burro is owned and operated by Good Time Design in San Diego. The Blind Burro specializes in baja coastal cuisine using local and sustainable seafood and produce when possible. Think grilled fish, chicken and
I stopped here while in town for a conference. The bartender recommended the seafood tacos (steak+lobster) and street corn. Overall I was very impressed by the food and the service was great at lunch. My only complaint was that the price was a little high but I think that is a common trend in San Diego.

No return visit ever planned for this place! The meat was burnt & dry. Our order wasn't right. Salsa mostly liquid.Skimped on the guacamole which had no flavor
I've been here several times and it's always been good. The only semi-gripe is every single time, the food is barely luke warm and gets cold very fast. Cheese enchiladas never have melted cheese and the chili rellenos are dependably always room temperature . If you don't mind the room temperature food, you'll enjoy this place. Value is very good.
Taco salsa restaurant in national city ca is my favorite taco shop in California. There is so much there to look forward too . The chicken fajita burrito , the quesadillas, the breakfast burrito are my favorites. Everything owner David makes is the highest quality and best prepared Mexican food anywhere. His homemade salsa has just the right zing! Fast hot and delicious in my opinion and every menu option is the best. His enchiladas and the tacos and the beans all taste fabulous. The owner and staff put so much hard work and so many years of experience into it. I love this place!!!

Miguelâs food is usually pretty good and so is the service. They have chosen to expand their seating capacity by opening other nearby sites close to the main restaurant. This is where the evening began to deteriorate. We were forced to sit at a table outside along the street, a shorty walk from the main dining room. My personal seat was too near to a planter along the sidewalk and I kept falling backward into the edge of the planter. There was no option to fix this problem as the other tables were full. Dinner took longer to reach us and there were a few orders at the table incorrectly delivered. In short, the sidewalk cafe approach created enough problems that the meal was unsatisfactory. If we canât be seated in the main dining area, we will just go elsewhere.

Coolest atmosphere ever!! Food was outstanding!! Guac and chips appetizer, and shrimp tacos (street tacos) were divine! Don't miss the "Bark at the Moon" serrano-infused margarita. Killer Happy Hour. Great music. Staff is obviously happy; very friendly and hospitable. We absolutely adored this place and would return again and again.

My wife and I were hanging out downtown doing shopping last Saturday and finally made it to a well known coffee shop in Barrio Logan to recharge with coffees. It was 1.30pm when we got there and they don't serve lunch food as we know. We were starving and felt like some good Mexican food but we didn't know this neck of the woods. I asked Lindsay the barista about a good Mexican place nearby and Las Cuatro Milpas was her answer.....the best around Lindsay said. We hit the road and were parked right outside this Mexican eatery by 2pm. There was a huge line of customers meandering down the sidewalk. I nearly had 2nd thoughts as I hate waiting in line for anything let alone food. But I figured this place must be great or real cheap ! So we're standing in the never ending line and I asked the dude in front of us about the food. Loves it he replied......been coming here since 1965. Holy Cow.......this joint is legendary apparently. The line wasn't moving real quick and was getting longer behind us by the minute. This must be peak hour I determined and yet the place shuts at 3pm. Eventually we made it inside the entrance and could witness first hand the kitchen activity right in front of us. It was a maze of movement ! We could see on the wall that the menu was not huge. My wife ordered Rice & Beans & Tamale + one dozen fresh Tortillas to go and I wanted a Burrito with Pork....the server asked if I wanted sour cream and I said yes. Within 30 seconds our complete order was placed on a tray right in front of us. Amazing speed of service and delivery ! We walked along to the end of the counter where the cashier lady was. The grand total was $15 cash .....$5 for the huge serve of Rice & Beans & Tamale, $5 for my big fat Burrito with Pork & $5 for one dozen of the biggest freshest hand made Tortillas you will ever see. We tipped 5 bucks and walked off to find a table in one of the huge dining rooms. It's a big place once you get inside. We sat down and started eating our lunch. I added some of the spicy red salsa which came with my Burrito and man did it have some kick. My Burrito tasted so good...I could taste the wonderful texture of the fresh made Tortilla and the Pork inside was good quality. My wife was soldiering through her Rice & Beans & Tamale dish and loved it but couldn't finish more that half. I went for a walk out the back at one stage and took a video of the workers making the fresh Tortillas. How cool ! We sat at our table chatting with a Colombian female lawyer who said she comes here because the food was similar to what her grandma used to serve in her home country. Wow we were impressed ! It was almost 3pm and customers were still lining up outside on the sidewalk. Our meals tasted great, the service was friendly & super efficient and the atmosphere a lot of fun. The authentic Mexican food here is great ...and real cheap !

We were staying at the hotel across the street and decided to check it out. If youâve never been there, itâs slightly confusing. Basically get in one of four lines depending on the type of meat you want. Your food is made right in front of you and very fresh. The meat is cooked over charcoal and is very flavorful. We ordered a variety of four different tacos, then went back for a half order of Carne Asada fries. Everything was tasty and made quickly. Iâm sure weâll walk across the street to eat here again before we head home!
