... not so good if you've eaten anywhere else. The food was not very authentic, which is okay if they're doing something unique that makes it special. They weren't. Service was also slow and inattentive. Portions were indeed huge, but in this case, that's not necessarily a good thing. We didn't bother to ask for a box for our leftovers.

We were hopeful the new location would bring new pride in ownership, but not so much. New place looks better but meat was bland, salsa from a jar would be better than what they served and service is bad. Had to ask for second drink, husband never got a second drink. 3 people took away dishes but never asked how we were doing. Had to go to the counter for our check and back to the counter to pay it. Glad we weren't in a rush. So sad....

We arrived late with only 30 minutes before the doors closed and the staff/family running this place had no problems finding us a seat so we could get a meal before dang near everything in Mountain Home shut down for the night. The food and service were both great and if I ever have to return to the area again I will gladly stop in here for a nice meal.
