This Qdoba is in a very attractive new building and serves the standard Qdoba fare, which is very good in my opinion. I recommend the Loaded Tortilla Soup.Went for lunch my first day in Bismarck and liked it so much I went back the next day.

We had eated at Los Lunas before they arrived at their new location so we wanted to try them again. We were seated right away & served immediately. Servers were friendly & our drinks never ran down past 1/3 full. The chips & salsa were good, especially since they freshly fried their chips. The enchiladas were really good,& the two tacos & tamale were great. I really have missed their tamales. Was hoping to get some Posole but they were changing up the menu, so I'll be anxious to see what items they bring in.

For over 40 years, we have been the hot spot for birthdays and celebrations. Our delicious Mexican cuisine and atmosphere provide a fun dining experience in each of our five locations across North Dakota. Whether your group chooses to dine in Fargo, Bisma
Have eaten here periodically over a number of years and we note continual improvements in terms of both offerings and quality. The interior is pretty standard American Mexican and conversation was easy. Service was prompt and friendly. We had come for a late dinner about 10 PM so this was appreciated. We most appreciated that they had quite a few vegetarian options. I had a nicely done Chile relleno with sautéed vegetables. It was delicious and just enough. It is the usual kind with enough cheese and sauce that it is difficult to taste the pepper. There were also some quesadillas. Fajitas and other items. The price range was midrange. We will continue to return when we are in Bismarck.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and wonderful star rating, Stephen. We are happy to read you and your party enjoyed your late dinner along with our homestyle Chile Relleno meal and our vegetarian portion of the menu. We appreciate the review and we look forward to seeing your return!

The four of us are from the Southwest and while visiting Bismarck, we were hesitant to try a Mexican restaurant. I even said, "I can't imagine that North Dakota could possibly know how to do Mexican food right." Well, I stand corrected. The chips, salsa, fresh guac, beans and rice, were all the best any of us have ever tasted. Each of us were raving about our main dishes as well. We all ate too much because we couldnt stop eating, so be careful about that. Ya, it was an amazing experience. Go here.

The restaurant was not that great, I don't understand how it can be rated so high in TripAdvisor at least for Dinner. Might be good for Lunch, but definitively not great for Dinner. My food was not that great and very very salty and my colleague had rotten avocados in her soup.
Taqueria El Guerro serves authentic Mexican food to the Mandan, ND area.
There are very few good restaurants in Mandan but this is one of them. The food never disappoints, the service has always been great and the employees are friendly. It's as authentic as it gets and definitely worth a visit if you like Mexican food. Just wish they were located in the downtown area instead of the same building as a gas station.

This is your typical fast food restaurant serving tacos, burritos and quesadillas. They are tastier and have more meat than Taco Bell's offerings. A good quick stop. Pepsi products including diet Mountain Dew. Their Mexican donuts were very good.

I was greeted promptly and the food was good. The server was pleasant and the food was maybe above average price but so is every truck stop restaurant. I will stop here again. Thanks Dino and Kim. Hope to see you again soon!
