This small site at a crossroads in rural northern Bellingham is a gem. Family-owned, the chef offers several entrees each from Italian, Asian and Mexican roots. We started with two orders of spring rolls. They are artfully displayed, crisp with the flavors of the vegetables prominent. The chef served enough of them so that everyone in our party of five had two. The Carne Asada was a generous serving of flavorful beef (all of the entrees are large). The beef nachos, listed as an appetizer, was plenty for an entree serving. The penne creamy pistachio pesto was a great marriage of the flavors, the pasta al dente, and plenty left over for a lunch. The Chinese chicken salad served as an entree for one in our party, and it had a generous portion of chicken, nicely grilled and tender. While seating is limited, the restaurant does a brisk take-out business. We were amazed at the ability of the kitchen to keep the dishes being served to the tables in the restaurant nicely paced while churning out the orders to do quickly. This place is razor-focused on doing the compact menu's items (16 entrees, 5 appetizers and 5 salads) exceptionally well. Prices are fair, beer and wine are available. Our courage fee was $10--quite fair.

We had a meal there with the family August 3, 2017Kids had tacos - they loved em.Mom had taco salad - very good and flavorful shredded beef.I had the 3 combo, Enchilada, Tamale, and chili rellenoAll three were good. The tamale was every bit of comfort, not often found on a menu, but mandatory if you ask me. Enchilada and chili relleno were excellent. Rice and beans had great flavor, kids usually dont like them, but this time they were a big hit!Server was great, however he did misinterpret one of our appetizers into a dinner plate.

Had not been to this restaurant in many years due to the fact that Lynden used to be dry on Sunday. Now that the law changed we decided to visit this red again. Really good service, terrific Chicken Fajitas, Dungeness crab tortillas, and the Cadillac Margaritas were also good.Free dessert, dessert tortilla and ice cream. Will definitely return
good fast Mex-Tex food .. average taste, looks, and warmness. Service was terrible. missing condiments, over iced drinks, and NO SMILES or thank you. grab the money. down a notch in fast food list
