On a recen5 trip, we stopped at the El Dorado for dinner rather than opting for fast food. We found the El Dorado to be a good alternative. I had the El Dorado Fajitsa which were quite tasty and well prepared. My wife had the fajita salad which she commented was flavorful as well. The Margaritas we has were non-traditional, but tasty as well. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was typical for a Tex-Mex establishment. Overall, I have had better, but the food at the El Dorado was perfectly acceptable fot a road trip stop.

A large group of us ate here today and the service was good. They have booths, but also have a couple of larger tables for groups. The chile reneno was different, but good. The rice, cheese and chicken plate was also good. And good hot cheese chip dip. Also, the meals were very reasonable.

I stop in the place every time I'm in this part of town. The location is hidden, but worth the search. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is good. I think I'm going to drive there now 20 minutes from here right now after talking about it!
