Such a shame. I really like the concept of a good food court with local vendors. But for some reason, Mingle Mush just isn't working. I've been visiting this place quite some time now since it's opening. Had drinks here with business relations on Thursdays (which is a popular night for drinks with co-workers or business relations in The Hague). It simply is to quite. Prices are on the high side to, which should be no problem if there's a lot going on. But paying a lot of money to sit in and empty food court, well... That should be a call to actin to do something about your pricing strategy,Even on hot summer days in the weekend, this place is almost empty. I wonder why this venue isn't interesting for the more 400 (!) (international) students living directly above the venue of the civil servants of on of the many Dutch ministries around it. They'd rather go to the Plein square than Mingle Mush. Same goes for the refurbished Babylon shopping centre next to it. Many retailers have left, because there isn't any traffic of buying customers. My last visit was on a Sunday with the misses. Although it was almost 4 pm, the place was as good as empty. Many vendors where closed. We left to go somewhere else, only to find heaps of people at the other hotspots in The Hague. The venue's last idea to get more business is an app which let's you pre-order and collect your food. I myself woudln't use it.Mingle Mush is quickly going south. It's very sad to say, but I wonder how long this place can survive under these circumstances...

Our story starts in Mexico, when I was just a boy my grandmother once told me that when the food is too salty, the Chef might be in love, if it is too spicy, then the Chef is probably angry. Ruiseñor tells a story with each dish it serves. The concept of
Iâve visited this restaurant three to four times now and has been an amazing experience every time. Make sure youâre not in any rush and enjoy the menu from the chef, very refined cuisine with a personal touch (the chef usually explains at least one of the dishes in person at the table). Worth a try, I can only recommend it!
