El Meson is located in a strip mall off North Lebanon Street / Highway 39 on the North side of Lebanon. Upon entering the restaurant, we were struck by the beautiful colors and their well lit interior. Their decor invites diners in and welcomes them with a friendly bright, festive atmosphere. The interior is divided into three sections, each of which is equally suitable for single diners, couples, families with kids or groups. Their menu is extensive to put it mildly. They have some many excellent "traditional" Mexican food choices. They offer Fajitas, Burritos, Chimichangas, Tacos, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Guacamole, Tortas. Further, they have chicken, steak and seafood dinner options. Additionally, they have a selection of vegetarian options, which kept my other half happy. I tried their Choripollo specialty chicken dinner (chicken breast pounded thin, chorizo sausage, onions, mushrooms, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, guacamole salad, rice, beans and flour tortillas), which I found delicious. Our server was excellent. She quickly took beverage and dinner orders. The turn around on our orders from the kitchen was also amazingly fast. The portion sizes for the drinks and food were also very large. The prices were extremely fair. Our group of eight had a nice time at El Meson and left very satisfied with this restaurant. We will definitely return.

I like the place! Its charming decor makes me happy, the cuisine is pretty standard, but affordable, and more over fast! I leave there satisfied every time! did I mention the service is fast and efficient? good lunch or dinner-your choice! its a ways into town from the interstate, but worth the extra few miles!

Great to have Taco John's so close to home. Grew up in an area where they were the leading Taco fast food outlets. So was thrilled to get this one where the food is great as expected. Service was great and the dining area is kept nice and clean.

Just a regular Taco Bell. No problems. The place was not busy and we had Quick and courteous service.
