Located in small shopping center on Louise Ave... Bright lime & yellow painted walls and menus above the counter on the wall. All kinds of combinations of Mexican food including a whole menu of juice bar items. They sell beer soda and iced tea. They make a mean Bloody Mary in the big Stein glass with three or four pieces of shrimp. The taco salad at 6.95 was very large and quite good. I had the enchilada with chicken and Verde sauce which was also very good and cost 8.95. Which pretty much self-service however they did bring the food trays to you with your order. Seats about 40 on wooden chairs and Formica-topped tables. Service was pretty fast, very polite and the food was very good. Worth the stop.

Great to go service and car window service. Good American/Mexican food and inexpensive. Great for families.
Walking into this little hole in the wall is like going home to Mamacita's for a home cooked meal! Owned by a wonderful mom and daughter, you get your food cooked to order. Great plates for only $4.99 each, as of December 2018. She is also great about substituting items. They gave tables to eat in our take out. Elizabeth is the daughter and serves the food, and her mom is the cook. They have a salsa bar with a really good special salsa in oil, very spicy, but oh so flavorful! Come expecting real Mexican food like my husband's grandma made!
Was excited to try this place after seeing several reviews. About the only thing spot-on in the reviews are the Asada Fries. Tough to beat Street Tacos from Tacos Jalisco in Oxnard - the BEST EVER.We had the Street Tacos and the Asada Nachos, too. I would rate them AVERAGE at best. The service was SOLID, until it was time to leave. TIP: when you are done, go to the register to cash out. They WILL NOT bring your check (yes, WEIRD). We are full from the dinner, but we are HARDLY SATISFIED.So, recommend if you are just looking for Asada Fries. Otherwise, I would look for other Mexican options, especially for Street Tacos. This gets an ONLY FOR ASADA FRIES rating.
We just moved to Lathrop so I'm trying out numerous places around Lathrop to find my new taco place... So far this is pretty good and best I've had here in Lathrop... Still need to try more out and Manteca as well... From Modesto originally and miss Crows Landing Road and their taco trucks... This place is adequate but I hope to find better... The salsa, carnitas and the carne asada were just ok, nothing spectacular. The taco size for price was good. I'm not ready to make it a regular haunt but it is pretty good.
