I had the "Amigo". two beef burritos. I was expecting shredded beef, it was ground beef, good but not exceptional. My wife ordered a bowl of queso because she loves nachos & queso. the queso was tasty but not very spicy. she likes spicy. No Margaritas here, but beer is available. not very busy on a saturday night.
In this area there are not a lot of restaurant choices, so you would expect maybe the competition would not spur great food. This is not the case with Gringo's. They have excellent food!We have eaten there on several occasions now and every time the food has been fresh and flavorful and hot and succulent. The Fundida Fajitas (mixed steak and chicken with cheese melted on top) are amazing. The veggies are all carmelized and cooked perfectly. We'll definitely go back!
The old saying great things come in small packages defiantly applies here. The wife and I have stopped in here many a time. Each and every time we are treated to the same great atmosphere and food each time. I like to try various things on the menus and after 5 visits I have still not found something I do not like. I recommended anyone in the area to stop in and enjoy a good meal from a great staff.

Stopped here & had a burrito plate & a beer. Service was instant, friendly & fast. They serve free chips & salsa with your meals, very good salsa by the way. The burrito was great, served with refried beans and yellow rice that was spiced up just right. I'd eat here any time.
