Celebrated my Mom's 80th Birthday party here. Hugo was great to deal with over the phone making arrangements. Everything was all set up and ready when we arrived. Great food and drinks! And the wait-staff were super helpful making sure we had everything we needed.
Appearance of restaurant is okay. Food and recycling efforts are NOT. My food was water logged from the beans, cold and very bland. What little chicken was included was tasteless and looked awful. We ended up throwing our meals away. Meals are served in a large aluminum "bowl" and are NOT recycled. That's a lot of aluminum sent to the local landfill. :(

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
Where to begin? Crazy night. First things first...great chips and salsa...it kept coming...instead of our food. Took a long long time to get our food...and then they got it all wrong. Not gluten free corn rn tortillas for quesadilla as requested but wheat. Sent back. Returned with corn but was half the portion size for $13.00 as the wheat one was! Say whaaat? I ordered fajitas. No tortillas. Then wrong ones. By the time they came out the sizzling fajitas had fizzled! The large margarita as small. All the time they acted like tee hee hee...finally when I asked for a manager he came out and I gave him and earful. Something about kitchen issues. The only reason this is a 3 star and not a 1 star review is he comped the meals and drinks. I thought that was professional...at least something that night was. The fresh guacamole was good I'll say that.

This was our first visit and after asking what items our waitress would recommend, we realized that we were all looking at those items. The queso dip to start our meal was great. We had the crispy palomino with a poblano, chicken picadillo & chicken enchiladas. We finished out our meal with sopapillas. Little more than what we pay typically for lunch but we ended up just having a snack for dinner
For a small town pizza place, they act like you're bothering them. We tried this place twice and the people answering the phone seemed like they had better things to be doing than their jobs. Won't go back again. The pizza is below average...you could get away with crappy service if the food was much better.

Very disappointed in our service at Ajuua Mexican restaurant on Sunday evening 12/28/15. As our family was finishing up with dinner and we ordered our dessert and were enjoying our drinks, when our server came to us and told us we needed to move tables to eat our dessert because they had a reservation coming in that needed our table. Needless to say we canceled our dessert and left very upset, that was our favorite restaurant but after that service we won't be back. might I add that there were 5 of us total including 2 kids.
I would rather have Palomino in Evans. Worth the extra couple dollars there. This place isn't that good. Terrible chips and salsa.

As a frequent food-goer of restaurants, especially Mexican, both my girlfriend and I thought this place was dreadful. The atmosphere was cookie-cutter cheap. Only two people were working. As far as the food, the cheese enchiladas we're bland and overly greasy. My mole had so much cinnamon in it, I thought the cook spilled the bottle onto my dish. The burrito was unflavoured and as bland as refried beans can be sans seasoning. She didn't even finish the margarita. It was obscenely sweet. If this is the best Milliken has to offer....oh boy. Milliken is screwed.

I love the daily special board, always a good deal. Tamale day is my favorite they are amazing-- never dry. Waitstaff is average. I dislike dirty dishes left in front of me and I shouldn't have to ask to have my beverage refilled. A bit more attention from waitstaff and it would be 5 star.

I personally don't get why people love Santiagos or think it's authentic Mexican. It could not taste farther from authentic. Just ick.
