We had enchiladas verdes and a quesadilla at our table. They were really good. The rice and beans were excellent. Service was okay. We asked for water and it came with no ice which seemed strange. I was surprised that there were hardly any other patrons in there as it was the holiday weekend. We had tried to get into a couple of other places downtown and they were too busy to get in. Now Iâm glad they were. We got a great meal at a very reasonable price.
Food was tasty and didnât resemble America Mexican food at all. Atmosphere is a little undeveloped but that usually indicates genuine cuisine which did not disappoint. What almost made my review four stars was confusion over the menu and language barrier to understand it better. I wish Iâd photographed the reverse side because there it was plain to see entrees came with beans and rice but I decided to live a little, venturing into the unknown, which dishes did not. My wife ordered the Huaraches and I asked for the speciality, El Molcajete though there was no price on it. Server told me that was for two. Wife agreed sheâd share that with me and we requested flour tortilla for her and corn for me. Most servers would have known that meant to cancel the huaraches but we couldnât communicate that, even after all arrived, steaming hot and wonderful, and I asked if her plate was part of the special or itâs own dish and she said, I thought, that all was part of the specialty. I was not upset, we had leftovers. Families came in and all were very happy. On the tv was a football game (soccer) and on another a news program from Mexico. I hope good success for this sincere restaurant.

A bit far away from the neuralgic center of this curious village. It was a fine discovery as we had a nice lunch experience. We ordered quesadillas, enchiladas and 2 excellent margaritas. Good service and reasonable price.

Down On Glen is the heart and soul of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are home to the World's Greatest Breakfast Burrito and the best vibes around.
Always hoping but nothing so far: Need to have chorizo option for ingredient in burrito: perhaps chorizo/potato, definitely chorizo/egg (and NOT Basque but Mexican chorizo). Always get one on the way out of Jackson. But, place right around corner does have chorizo option for a buck more--I may be trying them next time, just to check it out. And of course bacon goes with everything--the gateway meat.

On our way to Yellowstone, we parked our car at Buffalo Junction for lunch. And there at 1160 Alpine Lane sits this medium sized Mexican restaurant with a lot of exotic dishes. From their menu list we ordered for Quesadillas, Fish Taco, Chicken Burrito Wrap --just enough to satiate four hungry stomachs after four hours since we boarded American Airlines Flight from O'Hare Airport, Chicago. Foods served were fresh and tasty though I myself didn't agree with my mates over Burrito which is a wheat bread roll stuffed with boiled rice and chicken and other things. They served the dishes on the table. The restaurant has eating facility extended just outside its one-story building where you can enjoy your lunch under the shade of trees while listening to the distant call of the mountains in the soft, cold breeze from Mt. TETONS blowing over you.

I've eaten at places where the food belied the exterior. Run-down greasy spoons that had surprisingly good food. This is not one of them.Fiesta is located on the backside of a quasi-industrial strip mall, tucked into the corner of a small parking lot. The service--which is the best part of this establishment--was prompt and friendly. But when we sat down and looked around, I started to have doubts.A bare-bones interior that looks like it had been converted from something else before it was an eatery. There were enough extension cords draped over supports, hanging from outlets to give even a blind electrician nightmares. Surely even Jackson has building codes? On the wall next to our table was a dimmer switch, no plate cover, bare wall showing through. Another extension cord to one of the several TVs was looped through a hole in a door where a doorknob once lived. Our chips arrived cold, several were moist and mushy. Dinners were exceptionally bland. Second basket of chips were at least hot.I could live with the "Triangle Shirtwaist Fire" decor if the food was stellar, but it was below average. The only good thing to say was that the service was friendly--and that's not enough to recommend this restaurant. Not sure how in the world it gets such high ratings.

We eat Tex-Mex food in our home state so sometimes it is hard to find quality Mexican food while on the road. However, El Abuelito Mexican Restaurant offered great service, nice clean restaurant, and really fantastic food. Hubby had chicken chipotle enchiladas while I ate the Swiza chicken enchilada dinner. Both dinners were delicious. Our friends ordered the Carne Asada dinner and the enchilada and tostada (pick two entree) dinner. They also loved their food.

HATCH Taqueria & Tequilas has a modern aesthetic & lively atmosphere that carries through to the menu. Tequila & tacos are well represented with nearly 50 Tequilas stacked behind the sleek bar. The requisite array of margaritas runs the flavor gamut from
Great margaritas, food and servers. Iâm a nightmare since I canât do cow dairy or wheat. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable. All of us were very happy with our meals. And their traditional marg is great! The food is spicy but thatâs Mexican/southwestern tradition. Anything else would be TexMex.

No major problems with this place. The drinks and the food were good. Probably one of the better Mexican places that I've been to recently. Portions were large. Prices weren't too bad. Service was good. The interior was pretty noisy (if you're looking for a good place to talk).
