The ladies at the front desked recommend this restaurant. It's adjoined to the Days Inn. (across from the front desk).After my husband and I settled in we walked up front to the restaurant. We were sat right away. It was around 8:00 pm and there hardly anyone on a Saturday evening. The young waitress must have been new because we asked her variety of questions and she could not answered them and was coming out with different excuses. Finally an experienced waitress came over and answered our questions. Our chips were nice and crispy, my taco was good, my enchilada was good and my tostada was good after I took off the very thick layer of lettuce and (jalapeño) hot guacamole (that was not freshly made by hand but in a blender). My husband ordered carne Asada platter. He said it was tasty. Yeah I would eat there again.

You wrote a review for Los Bravos Mexican Restaurant 3 minutes ago 11/5/2018 My husband and I arrived in Jasper, Indiana on a Sunday evening. At the hotel, we asked where we could get something to eat for dinner and were directed to Los Bravos. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 and thought that it was odd that the posted closing time for Sunday was 9:15, but we were well before that. The hostess looked at us and then at the clock before sighing and seating us. The man who brought the menus didn't speak English. No sooner did we have menus that the server came to the table and we gave him a drink order. Immediately, he asked us to please go ahead and place the entire order because it was almost closing time. As we looked around the restaurant, it appeared that a large number of employees and their families were waiting for something. It seemed like they were waiting for some event to begin when the restaurant closed. The food arrived and my husband tried to order a beer, but the server told him that wasn't possible because the bar was closed. It was not yet 9:00 p.m. My husband asked to speak with the manager. She actually came to the table eating a lollipop! We left with out finishing because it was so uncomfortable and they clearly did not want our business. The food was decent and the décor was very nice, but if I am ever in Jasper again, I will find somewhere else to eat.

My wife and I were pleased with the selection and quality of food at this restaurant. They have a wide selection of entrees that will suit any taste. Lunch sized servings are quite large and filling! Recommend the beef chimichangas with beans and rice. Servers are quick to refill you drinks and ensure you have plenty of chips and salsa on the side. The restaurant is very clean and quiet. Prices are very reasonable and it is a great value. Great place for family meals.
