Even though the menu has tacos, chicken, hamburgers and about everything else, the morning steak biscuit combo is highly my suggestion. Hot and fast. Best fast food breakfast in Huntersville

It has been a few years since I have been to Taco Bell for a 7 layer Burrito, apparently. They have changed. They have less sour cream, less guac and gotten shorter. (It seems that they use to be around 8-9 inches. Now about 6 inches.) The prices have also changed. They are higher. A lot higher. With less ingredients, the 7 layer is dry and has little taste. My daughter got the natcho chips with cheese. This too has been reduced in size. They used to give a huge tray of chips, now, just a couple hand full. The staff is kind, the store is clean. I believe we will do without Taco Bell now. After this $25 meal, we had to go to another drive thru to finish the meal. Not again Taco Bell.
Sabor brings to Huntersville what much of the rest of the Charlotte metro area already enjoys â innovative and ethnic dining in an easy-to-reach neighborhood location. Itâs way different than the former Mexican-meets-Subway former occupant Salsaritaâs, and much, much better. Our meals were fresh, hot, and oh-so-tasty. Chicken tacos, el Dominocano burrito (tasty chicken, onions, tomatoes, and spices in a grilled tortilla), and Carne Asada fries were great. A selection of sauces from mild to a super tasty pineapple habanero complement the meal. Soft drinks, teas, even a nice selection of beers, rum and other liquor drinks, are available. You order at the counter, take a seat, and in a few minutes, your meal is delivered to you.Hereâs how they describe the place on their website, and itâs spot on: Sabor Latin Street Grill is an independently, locally owned metro Charlotte concept that focuses on authentic menu offerings from countries such as El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico & Colombia. Our mission is to deliver the freshest, most delicious food that takes you south of the border where the best cuisine is experienced in the streets.Enjoyed it â we will definitely be back, and can heartily recommend it...
Where to eat Steakhouse food in Huntersville: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I had heard about this place, so decided to drop in for lunch. It is in Huntersville at the Citgo Gas Station building. Plenty of parking. Very little English spoken here. The names of foods do have English explanations. At lunch, there were 11 Hispanic workers and 1 Anglo at the location eating.Seating is limited.I ordered the Taco Barbacoa, an Elote, a Chida Barbacoa with fries and a Queso Pupusa. See Pics I have attached. The food was excellent. Took a little while to get my to go order, because they were busy and most foods are made to order as the order comes in. They also have Mexican drinks, like Jarritos. There is an outdoor table or two. Plus and area of grass you can sit on. Don't go expecting Tex-Mex fare. You won't get it. No chips or queso dip. But, lots of foods with queso in them. The meals are more than enough to fill up more than 1 person. So, order carefully. There may be lots of leftovers. On Thursdays, I saw a sign for 99 cent tacos.

A street style taco joint, also serving burritos, tortas, quesadillas, arroz con pollo, quesos and made to order guacamoles; with a full bar and the best Margaritas in Huntersville.
The previous Mexican restaurant at this location (Chico's) has closed, so we thought we'd give the new owners a try. The place looks a lot like Chico's but a little sparser in terms of decor. That could be because they've only been open 6 weeks. Unlike Chico's you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Service was friendly and fast. One of our orders was wrong but quickly fixed. The burrioto, quesadilla, and vegetarian bowl that we ordered all got top marks. The chicken was tasty and grilled to perfection. I expect we will be visiting Viva Tequis a lot in future.Thank you so much on behalf of all the staff.

Really wonderful food. And service is amazing. I think that other reviewers don't understand the difficulty of having a small restaurant and expect immediate service. Give me a friendly wait staff that clearly is working hard, any time of the day.The food is more original cuisine, not American Mexican food, which is another reason most reviewers won't like it. Too bad.

Decent beer selection with a huge menu. Large portions. Service was a little slow, but it was after peak evening hours. I would stop here again. Convenient to the Holiday Inn Express.

I have been twice. Friendly staff, prompt service, good food and reasonably priced. That's a winner. The food was hot, prepared well and not over seasoned. Servings were good sized. We appreciated the fact they plates were not enormous and not smothered in cheese. Good clean flavors.
