First time here but there will not be a second. Looks nice on the outside, but that is where it ends. Unnecessarily long wait, unattended kids crawling all over the floor, very small tacos for the price, extremely bland food. You have to order by writing on a card with a pencil. Chips and salsa are an EXTRA cost. We waited 20 minutes for our tacos and all they had to do was assemble them and throw them on a tray. We will go across the street to Taco Mama next time.I was very disappointed to hear about your visit to our restaurant. We want each visit to be vibrant and delicious. have reviewed your comment with out Chef to ensure any recipe issues with the food are corrected. I apologize about the amount of time it took for you to receive your tacos. Although some items can be precooked, other tacos must be cooked to order to achieve the perfect flavor. in palisades area in the old los compadres- same group as la fiesta etc-- this is an upgrade by far from previous--some same servers as la fiesta have moved here which helps-- good variety-- good drinks-- fairly large entrees- tread careful--a nice change from the old guard-- a rare rec from ralphie on a first visit- will be back at the expense of la fiesta-- well,but for their fajitas-- we'll see-- finis

While visiting Birmingham, AL a group of us tried out Sabor Latino Restaurant for dinner. They offer Mexican and Peruvian food. There is something for everyone here. I ordered the Top of the Hill (which was a sampling of one each of Mexican traditional entrees). This tasted very good. The service and food here was very good. I recommend it.

Rojo is a great place to bring a group of friends. They have plenty of seating and a great menu. They have a mexican food menu and an american food menu, which is great for big groups. They also have great local beers and great drinks. Thanks so much for the review! We love big groups. We also have a side room that you can reserve for parties :)

If you like just a taste of this and that - and who doesn't? This is the place for you. Tapas are perfect for a little taste. The regular menu here is also very good and plenty to order if you plan on sharing with others at the table. I ordered three pork tacos and they were delicious! I can imagine how busy this great restaurant is during the summer. Don;t let that dissuade you. It is worth a wait.Service is good and friendly.

The hubby and I went with another couple on a Wednesday night. It took a while to be seated, but spaces at the bar were available and we didn't have a problem waiting. Service was super friendly and reasonably fast for as full as they were. I got the al carbon street tacos. Fantastic! Hubby got a chicken burrito. It stole the show! Huge plate of food. Wine was only $4.50/glass because of a special. Cheese dip and chips were on point. My friends shared the salmon. Plenty of food for two. I will definitely go back. Yum!

We went here for lunch with friends. I had the Green Goat bowl, which is a salad with goat cheese, almonds and cherry tomatoes. I added chicken. Very good. My husband and son had the tacos. My son had the fried chicken tacos and pulled pork tacos. My husband had the pork carnita tacos. Great food in a laid back and fun atmosphere!!
