We love this little neighborhood place! Authentic and tasty! The strip-mall location might be off-putting....but get over it. The tacos al carbon are fantastic!!

We had lunch here this week. I had been only 1 time before and did not remember it to be outstanding. I ordered something different and my mind was changed.Service was very friendly and helpful. They adjusted to our special orders and were very patient. The Chips & Salsa were pretty standard and were tasty enough. This time, I ordered the Chicken Mole' with beans & rice. Food delivery was reasonable. The Chicken Mole' was delicious, although they could have added a bit more chicken. The Mole' was very tasty. I basically mixed it all and had it in a white corn tortilla. I wound up cleaning all the Mole' from my plate once the main meal was done. The rest of the family was very happy with their meal as well. Lunch for 4 ran just under $60.The Chicken Mole' will be what brings me back to 3 Margaritas in the future.

We went on a busy Saturday night, was seated upstairs, which was a first. Took forever to get drinks, although the bar was right there, the water on the table was lukewarm, hubs went to the bar to get a refill, as some were just having water. For seven of us, two tiny bowls of chips, couldnât get a refill... waited forever to get our food. This is not typical of the restaurant, but a bit disappointed. The food thus time was not as good as ususlHi Mary, I am sorry to hear about your poor experience. We use all feedback to help us coach our teams. Sounds like you visited on Cinco de May, which is our busies day of the year but we still should have been able to hit our standards. I do hope you will come back and give us another short to show you what the Rio is all about. I am happy hear that you expect more from us from the experiences you have had in the past.

I'm from Texas and this is the best Mexican restaurant I've found in Littleton/Highlands Ranch area. Food is spicy the way I like it. Had chicken burritos that were very tasty, but next time will get verde sauce on the side as it makes the tortillas soggy after a few minutes.

Disappointed. Was our favorite Mexican restaurant - probably not anymore. Margaritas and beer were good, service was OK, like every restaurant, Enchilada seemed to be shorter than used to be and the cheese was not hot, and crispy rellino was not crispy. We'll try again, sometimes new ownership takes a little time to get things n in order.

Was with fiver others in HIghlands Ranch so Old Blinking LIght was super convenient. It serves a pretty diverse menu at decent prices. All in all a fine night of pretty good dining. But not good enough for five stars. Service was ok--and food came out quickly and was good. Décor is nothing special. All in all a decent nights dinner at decent prices.

Los Dos Potrillos provides Authentic Mexican Meat, Tacos, Fajitas, Burriots, and Quesadillas to the Centennial, CO area.
First time here - it was fine - the Chile Relleno was good but the burrito and enchilada were mediocre - they got my order wrong but since the service was just ok I didnât bother to have them fix it - wouldnât recommend or go back because in a city this big surely there is a better Mexican restaurant
