I always like to try the local Mexican place, and these folks did not disappoint. I had the carne asada, and it was delicious. The service was friendly and the place was clean. It was so good we went back twice in one week.

I had Chile Verde with pork carnitas. My wife had Mole Poblano. Both were perfectly seasoned and we got a large amount of food. Were going to have sopapillas for desert but had no room and will have to go back tomorrow night and try again. Do not miss this place if in Great Bend and you like real Mexican food.

We love hitting up Mary's for their burritos and steak tacos! We've never tried the other selection of items but I'm sure they are just as good. The burritos are very filling and you can add salsa depending on the amount of heat you want. Truly a gem in GB!

On the back of their menu they have several different "burrito" type dinners that are excellent. Their pork chili is very good. They offer both corn or flour chips along with the salsa---I like the corn better than the flour, but that's my taste. If you haven't been here yet---try it---I really like it.

Great Mexican food. If you haven't been here yet, try the CATFISH dinner. It is NOT FISH. It starts with chips and salsa---the salsa is very good and thick--not the runny salsa you get some places. The CATFISH is a like a giant Sancho or burrito covered with sauce and cheese. It has meat, beans and pork chili. It is topped with sauce, cheese, lettuce and cheese. It is a large meal. Your dinner includes a cup of ice cream. Excellent Mexican food----they do have a full menu of other Mexican food if the CATFISH isn't for you......
