Iâm the type of odd ball that loves it when Mexican restaurants have a special type of Chimichanga and let me tell yaâ....the Poblano Chimichanga is next level. Get it. Thatâs all there is to it. They smother it in Queso, if you so desire, which I highly recommend. This place is overall great clean place, clean restrooms, friendly staff all around and the manager was making his rounds during lunch time making sure everyone was satisfied. The chips and salsa were great as well you could tell they actually poured some effort into their salsa which is often lacking in most Mexican Restaurants. Iâve always been told to truly judge a Mexican establishment off of the quality of their beans and rice since itâs the basics, and Dos Chiles perfects the simplest things. Seriously canât recommend enough, go now!

Been dining here once or twice a year for the last ten or more. In that time, it's never been very good or excellent. But the food and service are consistently good for small town Texas.

Food can range from very good to so-so. Avocado and spinach enchiladas are tasty, but lately the fish and shrimp dishes have had that not-so-fresh seafood smell and taste. Building is getting run down and needs some clean/up.

I've eaten at La Potosina probably 10 or more times since they opened, every single time the food has been fantastic. The menus limited to only a few items, with the street tacos being the feature meal. The steak street tacos are the best I've had and a great value. Do yourself a favor and stop in the old Sonny's bbq restaurant and eat here.

This is what fast food is supposed to be: clean, fast, cheap and filling. It's not gourmet, but you can be in-out in 10 minutes without breaking the bank. Never had any problems with the service or food quality, and the restaurant is always spotless.
