A group of us got together for dinner here and loved it. The homemade, tableside guacamole was out of this world delicious. I enjoyed the VeraCruz chicken enchiladas very much, the Pico deGallo was pretty spicy, so I was happy to have it on the side. The rice and black beans were nicely seasoned. Others in our group had the steak fajita burrito, quesadillas or tacos. Everyone thought their dish was excellent. And the Casa Rita margaritas were just right.Thank you so much for the great review!!! We love that you enjoyed your time with us here. We can't wait to have you back for dinner...

Since 2012 Cabos has been serving up some of the best margaritas and Mexican food that you will find in South Florida. Now for our 5-year anniversary we have raised the bar and build a brand new menu around our brand new kitchen: A modern Mexican Scratch
Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.I order beef enchiladas, lime rice, refried beans & plantains. The best of the meal was the plantains and the silver plastic eating utensils. The lime rice was less than thrilling & the refried beans was even less than ordinary. Plus portions were small. The beef enchiladas were even worst...All I tasted was cumin. No beef,no cheese or anythingâs else...Even adding hot sauce did not improve this...The presentation was nice delivered by Uber in a timely manner and still warm..I will not be visiting in future for the food....Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We're very sorry your food wasn't to your liking. Food quality is very important to us and we'd never want our guests to feel their meal wasn't worth the value. We would like to hear more about your experience so we may have a better understanding of what happened. Please email Courtney at [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to hear from you soon.

Monarcaâs restaurant is inspired by our family history. We pay homage to the diversity and cultural richness, providing our family touch. Come and enjoy in Monarcas with a large family room with capacity for 270 people and a cozy bar. Monarca stands out f
Valeria was our server and was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the fajitas and Mole Chicken enchiladas, can't remember the name of the dish, but they were both very good! We were there for lunch and my husband did get a draft beer too and the serving sizes are larger than typical lunch portions and the bill came to $43 plus tax and tip, which we feel is a bit pricy for Mexican food during lunch. I assume the rent is high because it's in the mall, therefore the prices have to support it. I would probably not go back for lunch, but I would definitely go back for dinner and then try a margaritas.Thank you for your comments and feedback, we appreciate your business and hope you return.

First visit here and glad we came. It is about 20 minutes from our home so not too bad a drive. I made reservations since this was large group and we were seated immediately when we arrived. The staff did an excellent job throughout the meal. We had chips, salsa and guacamole which was excellent. I love their salsa. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Loved it. Lots of flavor. Our daughters had the quesadillas. They ate all of it.The drinks are excellent s well especially the Margaritas. This is now our favorite Mexican restaurant. We will be back soon.

First time here.Service was Excellent.Perfect Margarita ($9.99) and Corona with lime ($5.25).Complimentary Chips and Salsa, which was good but not a hot spicy bite to it, which I prefer.Small Guacamola which was fresh, tasty and exceptional. ($4.99).2 at ( $9.99) Enchilada Wed., One chicken, One Ground Beef, with rice and beans was Great but not the best that I have ever had. Total Bill: $42.82, with tip $50.00, Dinner for two.I would recommend a visit.Ric, thank you for the wonderful review...during your next visit I would encourage you to try adding one or our house made hot sauces to your salsa for that extra bite! Other than that I am glad you enjoyed your visit!
