Hidden Gem, The real deal.Elizabeth City has a lot of decent Mexican restaurants this one here is different itâs was food truck now has a small restaurant and itâs outstanding your canât go wrong here at all.Their foods is reasonably price portion sizes are excellent and the food is just outstanding taste.Service is outstanding and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.This was our first trip here looking forward to making another trip soon.

This restaurant has been updated and under new management!Painted, new fresh look..new lights, new menus..Excellent meal! Very fresh ingredients, best salsa in town..We had burritos Allegra, if you never had it, must try!Today was Sunday and they were very busy, but food was outstanding

I was dazed and confused eating at this restaurant.We had a large party- 8 adults,one child and two babies.We showed up at 7 PM and the place was relatively empty.Our waiter was also tending bar(bartender).And our waiter had a serious attitude problem.First of all we could never find him for drink orders or food orders.And when he did show up he took one or two orders and ignored others at the table.There were a lot of the wait staff standing around and not doing anything and others busting their butt working.The salsa that was given complimentary was extremely hot,almost burning the mouth and uneatable.At checkout there was split checks which was told to the waiter before any ordering occurred.Items on both checks were mixed up.A gratuity was charged on one check but not the other.We had to get up and recompute the checks with what was supposed to be charged.I've been eating in this restaurant since it opened and have never been treated this poorly ever.This was not the first large party eating there also.

They have a wide range of options at great prices, and the food is fresh and good. If I am in the area, this is the only Mexican place for me. They have great drink specials as well!
