I ordered the chicken pasta and it came out cold, so they proceeds take my dish away took it back into the kitchen looks like they microwave did put it on a dirty plate and then tried to serve it to me again. The waitress kept apologizing for the food quality and I kept telling her it's not her fault she's not the one cooking it. I'll never eat at that location again, poor management response as well We're sorry to hear your meal was unsatisfactory during your recent visit. We definitely want to provide better service than that, and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Its been awhile since we've been to Paco's Taco's in Walnut. Hubs and I went yesterday for an early dinner being it was Halloween. He ordered four hard shell beef tacos, and I ordered taquitos with rice and beans, and a hard shell beef taco. It was all very good. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the price. $2.19 for a taco but the taco isn't little and its just so good. When we were finished, we ordered four more hard shell beef tacos to go. Over all, we spent about $33.00 but the food was really good. The gal that waited on us was friendly and polite. Tuesday nights are Tuesday Taco's and their tacos are 99cents each. We'll have to go next Tuesday !

I always get a good deal from El Pollo Loco but the staff here at Diamond Bar are extremely courteous. Being disabled, I was treated very well. The manager came over to take my order and afterwards, got me all the condiments I needed, plus in the midst of my meal, asked me if I still needed anything. This branch gets a 10 thumbs up from me.

Good service with food to match. Tequila for a Margarita would be nice, but its a worth while exchange for the level of cleanliness. Good draft beer specials though the choices are limited.

I like the food, but it isn't inexpensive considering the location and "fast" food nature of the restaurant. The management clearly states that they make the meals to your needs and thus it is going to take a bit of time. The "chips" are good and the salsa variety is good as well. If there is a line in front of you prepare for a long wait. The booth seating is sparse and the benches are hard. I would recommend you order take out and sit outside and enjoy the traffic.
