I I have no doubt this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area from Monteagle to Manchester. I can say I have tried most of them. What makes the difference is the quality of the ingredients it uses, its excellent service and that it is exceptionally clean.I live in Sewanee and pass by Cowan every time I need to do some shopping in the valley, but I wouldn't have noticed this restaurant but for some informal recommendation. I also tried its food at a friends´ gathering, where they had different types of rice, tacos, guacamole, chicken and beef and homemade nachos. Simply delicious.As said, the quality of the ingredients is just the best, and the seasoning authentic and tasty. I recommend its Mexican Rice and Steak. The restaurant is buffet type, so you order, pay, and can eat there. The place is spacious and clean, although I need to say I always order to go. The compostable container to take away my meal doesn't affect its flavor, and is, of course, green!The owner is very kind and always offers an impeccable service.Excellent restaurant!

Trust me being a foodie and moving from a huge metropolitan city to a extremely small town has it challenges. We have had the great fortune to travel every state in the USA but one. During those travels as you might imagine we have ate Mexican food at every famous restaurant we could find. I'm simply delighted to report located in Cowan, TN a Mexican restaurant that needs to make America's top Mexican restaurant list. Right up there with Rosie's Cantina in Huntsville, Alabama. Every time we have visited, lunch or supper we have had fabulous food and service. I always said you can ruin great food with lousy service, and happy to say this won't happen at Fiesta grill. We have been at least seven times now and had several servers during two different shifts, the service is top notch. Kudo's to the management.Last night was no exception with a waitress we had never had before, Misty. She was extremely nice, made us feel at home, and never let us need for anything. Our orders arrived piping hot hot and were as visually appealing,as well as delightful to our taste buds. Thanks Fiesta grill for continually offering great food and awesome service.

Very average. Lackd warm space and great service. Food is very average quickly prepared Mexican fare. Not much positive to comment on there. Would choose another Mexican restaurant to eat in in franklin county. Would recommend fiesta Grill in Cowan.

Much more of an authentic Mexican menu. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. Parking is the main issue. You will probably need to pull through a little alley and park in back lot.

Well to begin with I am very picky where I eat when it comes to cleanliness. This place needs a good thorough top to bottom cleaning that is for sure! Our waitress was quite nice and our food was okay, nothing memorable or to write home about.
