My husband and I were traveling through Texas and stopped here to eat. I still wonder why I decided to eat here after seeing the place. I've never seen anywhere that looked so dirty previously. There was incredible clutter. More disturbing were the remains of various meals that had not been cleaned up. We were there mid afternoon and one table still had what was left of someone's breakfast. I had to go to the bathroom, which was located through the kitchen. Several extension cords were hanging from a light fixture. It just really surprises me that the place is still open. Yet, the staff was friendly and the food tasted okay. But, still, please be smarter than I was and don't eat here. I really believe anyone who does is taking a chance. . .

My "smart" phone could not pick up TA in this middle of nowhere town. We always end up here on travel to CO. We've had okay, below average but this was BAD. Before we could escape, the waitress had already brought our chips and salsa along with some kind of watery cheese soupy mix. The restaurant is a mess! Jack o lantern in Feb? Bathroom in kitchen. Wait for a convenience store. I'm not sure what they brought me. I ordered tacos. Barely touched my food. Afraid to and I was hungry! If the health dept does not shut this place down, they are not doing their job!!

$17 for 2 burritos and a mexi coke. I alternated between leaving 2 and 3 stars but this place is well below average in service. Above average for food quality of a fast food place. So, based on food 3 stars, based on employees? 1-2 star AT BEST. First, we decided to go drive thru. The drive thru is obsolete. They shouldn't even have it. We sat there for 5 minutes with nothing. Static. Decided to go in. There was a line of 4 people in front of me. 2 employees making subs, one in back prepping. I stood in line for 15 minutes before they served me. The employees were too busy bantering back and forth with one another to focus. They put things on my burrito I didn't ask for and forgot things I did ask for. In total, I spent near 30 minutes getting burritos in a fast food joint with dirty and unpleasant employees. The burrito itself was really good. We got the carnitas and the steak fajita. Everything tasted fresh & flavorful. They were out of guacamole. As I was leaving 3 or 4 new employees came in. They also proceeded to hold personal conversations as people stacked in line for lunch rush. One employee even had to yell at another to "get the drive through." Do not expect fast food if you go here.
On our yearly drive between Austin and CO we needed to find some place new. Glad we found this place. A bit off the main road but not that far. Worth a stop. Food was fresh and well priced. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Hot sauces are very fresh and has a bite. We will be back. Glad we found this place. Stop by and enjoy this food. You pay for your food post eating. They do accept credit cards.

Stopped for lunch on the way from Texas to New Mexico. Very friendly and helpful wait staff. Salsa was very good and fresh. Guacamole was very good and fresh too. Food came out correct for our group of five and was nice and hot. The enchiladas and soft tacos were very good. Great sopapillas for dessert.
