The prices are great on food & drinks. Excellent kids menu & it is fast, casual atmosphere works for taking the kiddos. Chips & salsa on the table as soon as we sat down & the meals were quick as well. This is great when eating with a hungry family. Food tasted fresh & served hot. I recommend Pollo fiez, chicken with spinach & mushrooms. Queso dip was good too, yummy margaritas on the rocks. For what we paid we were very happy with the meal even though they were really busy.

Ate at this restaurant 4-14-18. Waited and waited for our food. When it arrived, food was luck warm. Terrible, terrible service. There was so much noise it was hard to talk with person beside me. I complained to girl at checkout. She didnât care. Only thing she offered was kitchen was crazy. Told her I would not be back. She was fine with that. Donât pataronize this Mexican restaurant. They donât want your business.

I knew this place had went downhill, but today's lunch experience awful! Soggy soggy everything. Food was just gross, even the kids' meals. Oh and I forgot to mention...$2.70 for a KIDS' drink, on top of the price of the kids' meals! The staff didn't even seem to care that no one at our table even ate their food. We certainly won't be going back.

There is no shortage of Mexican food restaurants in the Concord area, and I believe we have tried all of them, or at least all that have been reviewed on TA. And our favorite â drum roll please â El Vallarta. Now located in the Carolina Mall, the restaurant has been updated and renovated from its former location across the street. But the food has remained as good as ever. Prices are reasonable, particularly if you go with one of the specials run on weekdays. I have been ordering quesadillas lately, since that is the Wednesday special when we usually go. All 4 styles are excellent. The yolandas are also wonderful as is Mariaâs Special. There are drink specials as well but my go-to beer, Dos Equis Amber, 24 oz. on draft, is cheap. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Our bill, including, aforementioned grande cerveza, usually runs less than $25. All told, weâve probably eaten at El Vallarta 20 times and keep going back. That sort of says it all.

We attended here with a large group of people (about 25) and they handled us with no problem even though it was Saturday night. The food was good (typical Mexican American) the staff was very professional friendly and competent.

Waiter did not write down order, so got chicken enchilada when I ordered beef...food came very quickly, but was only slightly warm when we got it...salsa tasted like tomato sauce with no seasoning...was never asked if we needed anything during meal...did not come back for payment, had to leave cash on table⦠will not be going back.

We were in Concord for a show. We decided that Mexican food was what we wanted for dinner and Fiesta was close. The first thing I noticed was the huge menu. Then they brought out chips, cheese dip, salsa and green salsa. The green salsa was really good. So were the others but we ate up the green salsa. I had the steak and shrimp fajitas. I passed on the tortillas and rice to keep the carbs down. The dinner was great. The next time we're in town we'll definitely be back. I do wish that they offered beef stuffed pablano peppers with cheese. But seriously, this is a good Mexican restaurant.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
Had dinner delivered this evening. Simple, kidâs build-your-own mini tacos. Left out the drink and dessert (not a great dessert, but itâs the principle). Grilled chicken fajitas NoOnions. Remember that order for the photo. Needless to say we wonât make that error in judgment again. Shame, we live less than 2.5 miles from them.

We stopped here for lunch on our way through Concord. We love our local Mexican restaurant at home. We were impressed with how much flavor each of our meals had. Their chips and salsa was really good too. Great find!
