Decent mexican food if that's what you're craving. Lots of Veggie options. Enchiladas were pretty good. Salsa had good flavor. Pretty popular joint - so make a reservation if you can on busier days. Nice kids menu with good choices and size.

While stopping by this Chipotle for a quick bite was nothing to write home about since Chipotle food is fairly standard across all Chipotle, but what I noticed was their mannerism and great customer services. The restaurant was about to be closed. Instead of the usual rushing people around to order their food or telling them that the kitchen is closed, or giving the customers dirty look, etc., they actually smiled and awaited for us patiently as we were taking time out to figure what to order. After we got our food, which btw they gave us an unusual huge or overflowing portion, they let us stay and eat inside without closing the light on us. We felt the warm hospitality of this Chipotle.

Went here for dinner tonight with my daughter and a friend. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Food was seriously lacking. They serve you chips and salsa as a starter-chips were bland and salsa seemed more like tomato flavored water with some chopped up vegetables in it. I could find better salsa in a jar in any grocery store. I ordered the #13-a beef enchilada and a chicken chimichanga. The enchilada itself was fine, except that there was more bland tomato flavored water on and around it. The chimichanga was good, but not very crispy. The real problem is that both were topped with âcheeseâ that tasted like the slices of American cheese that come individually wrapped in plastic sleeves. Setting aside the fact that a restaurant was serving this fake cheese to begin with, it is a Mexican restaurant serving fake American cheese on top of their âauthenticâ Mexican dishes. The rice was fine: a little over cooked and again, didnât taste like Spanish rice, but it was good. The refried beans, however, were a completely different story. They were a runny, soup-like consistency and even when I moved past the appearance of them to try a bite, I found that they tasted about as good as they looked. We ordered a fried ice cream dessert to share and while it was served in a tortilla bowl, it seemed to be one scoop of vanilla ice cream with the âfriedâ topping and a whole lot of whipped cream to fill the remainder of the tortilla shell bowl. It was good but there really isnât much culinary or baking skill necessary to scoop some ice cream in a baked shell and smother it in whipped cream. There was more whipped cream than ice cream in the bowl. My one final complaint about this place is that our friend had ordered tacos and asked for sour cream to go along with them, which the waiter delivered in a little plastic condiment cup. When we received the bill, I noticed we had been charged $0.99 for this âsideâ of sour cream. I truly understand an extra charge when you ask for extra food on the side and I know that in the grand scheme of things, it was under $1 and not worth getting upset over, but sour cream seems to me like a reasonable thing to expect to receive with tacos at a Mexican restaurant for no additional charge and at the very least, if the restaurant is going to charge for this as a âsideâ they should inform you of that when you order it, no matter how small the charge is. Overall, I found Panchoâs to be disappointing. The waitstaff was good, but the food just is not and I will not be back.
