Place was busy so I took that as a good sign. After a 10 minute wait at the hostess stand I was ready to leave when someone finally showed up to seat me. After another 10 minute wait for a server to come around I was able to order an ice tea and chimichunga with chicken.Food came before my ice tea! Never did get a refill. Chimichunga was good but was beef instead of chicken and not sure the little half a spoon full of sour cream should be considered a topping!Had to ask for my bill, waited 5 minutes for it to come and it was wrong! Had two things on it that I did not order! Took another 10 minutes for her to fix that and bring me my change. Food was good but not what I ordered. Rest of the place not so great, probably will not be back here again.

Just East off the State Rt and tucked in behind a couple chain restaurants is this brother and sister owned hem. The owners work hard to make your meal delicious and beautiful. If the restaurant is not to busy you might get a chance to talk with the owners about them, their restaurant and their menu. Me girlfriend Debbie and I had to ask about some of the menu items we did not recognize We were given delicious descriptions of our choices and sat back to await our choices.I am not a huge Mexican food lover but Debbie is. We were both almost speechless when our dinners were served. Presentation was amazing. Temperature of the cooked dishes was spot on perfect. Taste?????? The best I and she could remember!!. This stuff was just plain good. I don't know where or how they learned their cooking but this is better than any place in nearby Peoria. My only regret was not having enough room in my ever widening waistline to sample the Three Milk Cake desert.I have no problem giving our first visit to ElSabroso FIVE STARS.
