Our lunch experience was all positive: good food, freshly prepared and promptly served by friendly staff (not sure why other reviewers 'slammed' the service). Her taco platter & my tamale platter both came w/beans & rice and the sauces were excellent...the gratis chips & salsa went well w/our side of tasty guacamole (wife got their recipe ;-) So we really liked it, though it specializes in take-out...plenty of seating, clean rest rooms, and cheap...what's not to like?

We have eaten here 3-4 times ever since having their food at CFD. The food is fresh and delicious..the portions are filling..we always get takeout because the restaurant area is very small...I could eat there weekly

I haven't been here in a LONG time BUT I wanted some Mexican food SO I thought I'd give the place another try. I was very surprised as I thought it had improved over the last time. I got a platter with chicken and shrimp which were sautéed / barbecued in a slightly spicy mix which tasted awesome. It came with a large flour tortilla, rice and refried beans. It was SO large that I have enough for another dinner as long as I make more rice and have a veggie with it. It was only $10! I was happy with the food and I'll be back again sooner than last time.

This is an over=priced, grundgy old Kentucky Fried Chicken place turned into a Mex place. You take pot luck here, order a Bacon Burrito, get a Sausage Burrito. I ordered and paid for 2 Burritos this morning at the drive thru, only got one. When I went inside to complain they just stared at me. They ripped me off for $11. I will never go back, suggest everyone stay away.

I ALWAYS blew this place by when it was a gas station because the prices were ALMOST TEN CENTS per gallon more expensive than anywhere else in town. One day I saw that the place was being renovated and the tanks / pumps were being removed. It NEVER occurred to me that a small restaurant would be put in here let alone be any good!SURPRISE! It's a great taqueria style restaurant with excellent breakfast burritos. I got the standard potato, eggs, cheese with bacon and smothered in green chili for only $5.50 with tax! It was pretty large and it tasted great. You had to buy your drinks from the EX-gas station NOW a smoke shop / convenience store but a medium {BIG} coffee was only $1.50 SO how can you beat a nice breakfast like that for $7 altogether?There are fairly comfortable tables inside to sit down and eat with a few picnic tables outside as well. MOST people came in and took there orders to go. I spoke with them and they've ordered lunch and dinner too and they assured me that it's JUST as good if not better than breakfast. They have ALL the classics like Pozole, Menudo, Carne Asada, etc. I'll definitely be back for breakfast and I'll report on lunch or dinner when I get to them!

I had been driving in Western Nebraska and Eastern Wyoming as I have done previously, but been unable to find a decent place along US 85. Iâm from Minneapolis and Iâve only been to Cheyenne a few times, but the neighborhood seemed a bit run down and industrial (not rough or dangerous). And, out of the blue pops The Tortilla Factory. I wanted to sit down, eat, and get out of there as I had my dog in the car with me.Well, it was perfect. Greeted at the door, menu, drink order and food up within 10 minutes. Waiter was perfect, got my order perfect with my Burrito modifications and price was cheap. We saw this place one time before but had just settled for fast food a little further up the road. Good drinks, attentive wait staff, beautiful and clean. This is on our permanent stop list. Loved it.

Let's see; it's time for WWE PAYBACK. What to get to eat? Pizza? NO! Chinese Take Out? NO! Burrito Bowl, Chips and Salsa? YES Please! Sat down in front of the TV and chowed down while watching the mayhem. Highly recommended nourishment fare for your sports entertainment viewing.

Apparently, the owners of the restaurant either retired or lost the lease. I sign was up in the door thanking people for their patronage. This place was nice and reliable for very good Mexican food for over 15 years. I went here pretty frequently although NOT recently because I was frequently out of town on business. I DON't know much else about the situation except that I'll defintely MISS the place. I wish the family who ran the place good luck in thei future endeavors.

We were snowed in in Cheyenne and before they opened the freeway we went to get some food. Hacienda Guadalajara was open. we ordered Fajitas for two. it was delicious and we couldn't eat it all. Next time I am in Cheyenne will definitely eat there again. Great service as well/

Be prepared for a little wait. Our waiter was professional in every sense of the word. Locals frequently go here and no where else. The portions are large. The food is all fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Price did not break our bank. Highly recommend.
