I went with the newer beef Queserita option which is a qesidilla wrapped like a buritto in a warm soft shell filled with rice, cheese, beef, chipotle sauce and thought it was tasty, especially for $2.00 each. A Pepsi later and friendly drive thru service made this stop a good one.
Food was terrible and service was just OK. As the old saying goes"If you want to know how clean a restaurant's kitchen is, go look in their bathrooms " Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Put us in a corner booth in the bar that we had to squeeze into because of all the people sitting at the bar. Very uncomfortable, ontop of it, the bench seat was broken. Will never go back. Save the money, prices far to high for their quality of food!
I like that greenhouse is in walking distance to campus and makes eating healthy more affordable. They employees were really helpful with pointing out good options for me as a vegan. I recommend the spring roll in a bowl or a wrap.

Definitely "American-Mexican". It is what it is - a restaurant that is not run by Mexicans making Mexican-style food. Prices are higher than average Mexican food. You can get a margarita, or any number of alcoholic beverages which actually seems to be a prime feature of the menu and restaurant.
Authentic Mexican food prepared fresh and fast.
Went here with my wife and daughter for the first time, which is a shame, because we live less than a mile away. We've driven past this place hundreds of times, and never stopped.I ordered the enchiladas, one shredded beef, and one cheese. First, if a Mexican restaurant doesn't have shredded beef enchiladas, they don't get 5 circles. Just not going to happen. But second, this was probably the best shredded beef enchilada I've had in my life. And the cheese enchilada was also good.My wife and daughter also really enjoyed their meals, and were disappointed that I hadn't taken them here before. Wife had chicken tacos. And my daughter said that it's a good thing we don't live any closer. So the food was good, but then we wanted dessert, and they had fried ice cream, with a choice of four toppings. Strawberries, honey, carmel, chocolate. So we had the chocolate and carmel, because we're not decisive. It was excellent. But we kind of though we should have tried the strawberries, because we've had that somewhere else, and it was pretty good. But on the other hand, the carmel and chocolate was amazing.Cost, with 3 sodas and 2 fried ice creams and taxes was about $47. Worth it? Yes.Do I want to eat there weekly? Well, can't afford it...But, we'll be back.
At Taco John's®, we serve traditional Mexican food-with a twist. By fusing bold American flavors with south-of-the-border spice, we've defined our signature menu. From our trademark Potato Olés® and freshly prepared tacos to our infamous breakfast burrito
First, Taco John's is not a gourmet Mexican restaurant. It's Mexican fast food, served quickly, in a fast food atmosphere. However, we all enjoy eating there, based on the price, the quick service, and the fact that the food is fairly good. My daughter goes for the tacos, I enjoy the burritos, and also the potato burrito. They've also added some fish burritos, which my wife enjoys. For desserts, they've got something like hot donut holes, and also a cinnamon stick thing. We've had and enjoyed both.We go about once a month or so, so it's a good, affordable place to eat.
Panch is love, panch is life. The chips and queso are worth the drive over, the money you paid for everything else, and the time you spent there. The burritos are mixed so well. To top it off the staff is friendly and jokes with you. My favorite place to eat

Great chips and salsa. All our meals were hot and tasty. Shrimp fajitas were very good as well as chile rellenos. Nice portion sizes.

we had hoped to go to a different restaurant in this quaint area of Cedar Falls, but on a Sunday evening, that was closed (many places were). We went into Los Cabos. Orlando our waiter was great! We just went with the large appetizer Quesadillas as our meal...they were great. I loved mine with the shredded beef. Plenty of chips and salsa...be sure to ask for the deliciously hot green salsa!

We have both dined in and carried out at Pablos. Friendly staff, made to order burritos, tacos, salads, etc. LOVE the steak salad and their guac is delicious! Line can get long at lunch hour, but tends to move quickly. Punch card for frequent visitors is a bonus! Highly recommend!
