Stopped in for dinner tonight on our way down Rte. 70. Nice place, basic Mexican menu. My wife really liked her enchilada verdes, which was a combination of beef & chicken enchiladas. I enjoyed my steak fajitas, although the beef was well done. The service was good too, and prices are not bad. Worth stopping by when in the area.
Most Mexican restaurants that we have eaten in at least have a nice decor, inside and out, and authentic music. This place had neither. The decor was boring, the restaurant looked tired, and they were playing some American rock station. Hardly very appealing. Our waitress was VERY friendly, but thatâs kind-of where it ends. The food was just OK. Nothing unusual or special. In fact, my wife ordered the quesadillas, which had virtually no cheese. Normally, theyâre fairly loaded with it. The chicken had no flavor, no seasoning. Well try another place the next time around.

As a long time Taco Bell aficionado, this one was only average. The counter person was very friendly and cheerful but whoever prepared our order wasn't as attentive. My wife and I both got chicken enchiladas. The contents were not evenly distributed; instead, rice was all lumped on one spot and the chicken in another. Our 4-YO cheesy melt expert wasn't impressed with his melts; all of the cheese in the middle. We beat the rush fortunately. As we sat and ate the line waiting for food kept growing. They didn't seem to have sufficient staff or training to handle a lunch crowd. On the plus-side... It is Taco Bell, Baby! Cheap eats.
