We come and eat here on a fairly regular basis (perhaps once a quarter), and we have not been disappointed yet. We love the chips and salsa before the meal (I prefer the green salsa, my wife prefers the red), and the service is always great. In addition, it is pretty reasonably priced, if you do it right. We order a side taco each for our kids (5 and 7), and it is a good sized taco that comes with lettuce, tomato, etc., and they are cheap since they are a side dish. Then my wife and I split the triple combination dinner, where you choose three entrees (we usually do like a taco, burrito, and enchilada). We will continue to come back.
Typical Mexican fast food that was fast, filling, and inexpensive. I had a chicken burrito that was made while I waited (hadn't been sitting in a warming oven) so everything was fresh.

We have been eating here since the day it opened (maybe earlier) in the original location in Perry. Whenever I am in Brigham City for a few days, I try to make a stop at Ricardo's. The food is great, the staff attentive and entertaining. Good, old time, family atmosphere where friends are always remembered and greeted with a smile.Tacos and enchiladas are my choices, but it's all good. You won't find ground beef in the food; it's all slow cooked and shredded barbacoa style and it's delicious.Try a beef taco. It's likely better than you expected.

If you're a fan of Taco time or Taco bell, this place is probable not for you. Real Carne asada. Fresh salsas. Large portions. It truly is the best food in Brigham. The breakfast burritos are large enough for two meals. Yum. Yum. You won't be disappointed
