Consistent good food, great drinks -especially the margaritas. Super nice family-owned and run. All very nice staff. I normally hate outdoor dining but they have a cute little patio with a few tables that is really relaxing, private and comfortable. Love this cute, local place! (valet parking available most busy nights)
If you want the real experience of eating Mexican among native Spanish speakers, this is the place for you. Mt. Kisco has a meaningful Latino contingent and La Cabana is very much the local place. The small, gloomy dining room serves the standard menu as well as the standard beer. Food and portions are decent if unspectacular. For Westchester prices are decidedly low. Service levels depends somewhat on the extent you can habla Espanol. In short, an authentic place for locals.
The atmosphere is excellent. Sports broadcasting in English in the bar area and Spanish language broadcasting in the frontThe service is excellentThe free chips and salsaAnother free item served before your meal. The enchaladasThe tacos special was very poorThe pricing of the Margaritas was very highConclusion: When in the area we shall return

TRUCK is a casual, neighborhood restaurant located in charming Bedford Village. TRUCK's menu is inspired by the down-home cooking traditions of Northern New Mexico where the food has been influenced by Cowboy, Native American and Mexican cultures. TRUCK's
Homemade chips - thicker than packaged. Offerings of tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas with same ingredients. Seemed expensive for what you got. Little meat and beans and rice are cheap. Actually tasted better the day after. Nice flavors. Good margaritas. But $92 for a modest meal is too much. It is very popular. Quite noisy.

Thought I should update my previous review of Azteca, which was last August. My family and I have a dinner or lunch at Azteca approximately once per month. The food remains very good - authentic Mexican food. Simple family restaurant; clean and cheerful. Not for a romantic date. Service is warm and friendly; can get hectic when the place is filled on weekends. Wide range of Mexican sodas, non-alcoholic fruit juices and beer to drink. Not a spot for health drinks, or herbal ice tea. Excellent salsa and house made chips when you sit down. All appetizers top-notch. Can still recommend all soups (chicken and shrimp are excellent), all mixed plates and grilled meats. Not many seafood choices. Credit Cards still accepted. A nice feeling when you leave after a fine meal...

I love Salsa Fresca! Everything is delicious and yes, fresh. It's like chipotle but much better. The staff are so friendly and they know how I like my food and what I order. One review stated the burritos aren't big anymore. We have been coming here since they opened and the burritos are just as huge as they always have been. They use the exact same sized tortillas and stuff them beyond what I would think is even possible! I love the Fire on the Mountain nachos but I also create my own. The food is fast and delicious. We often come in once a week with the kids' sports and activity schedule. Much better than hitting up the greasy fast food alternatives.
