Good basic Mexican food.Nice, clean, always filling! Been eating here for years.Great hot Sause and chips.
This is a great option if you feel like experience true mexican but vegan. The lunch items are delicious. The mexican bread is different. My recommendation is tacoa. Try them all! The place is not cheap but it is worth it. They have abig parking lot and clean building.
I eat here almost monthly, which appears to be often enough for the staff to recognize me (and give me the Senior Discount without my having to ask.) The last time I visited, they quickly picked up on my hint and allowed me to gift a family behind us with some dessert.Dessert? Yeah, those cheesecake chimichanga confections are reason enough to stop in all by themselves. But the whole menu just screams "FRESH!" all day long. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, are good every time. (Hint) If you're more of a "platter person," (entree served with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole and chips,) Tuesdays are the day for $2.99 Taco Platters.)

I was pretty excited cause I was for the first time in my life in an actual Mexican Food restaurant... my boyfriend and I bearly ate our food. It didn't met our expectations, maybe yours would be fulfilled! If I'm giving 2 points it's because I can't take away that our waiter was very nice and attentive to us. The ambience was very colorful and distracting, like if you were somewhere else.

This location is right down the street from where I live so it's convenient to go here on days I don't cook. Service is always good here, drive through never takes too long. I only went one time to where their coffee machine was down. I'm sure they have fixed it by now. They do have good coffee. Good place for me to go for when I run out of coffee at home.
Every time I walk in a Mexican restaurant, they always look at me funny and start speaking spanish and laugh. This is the worst tacos de trompo place I've been to in the DFW. The tortillas were hard and stale and they smothered them in oil. The trompo could have been cooked longer, and it was soggy I think because of all the oil. Also, they were bland! Had no taste. Definitely disappointed. The taqueria across the street has 10x better tacos de trompo. No, they aren't $1, but it is worth spending the extra money.

I'm not into Taco Bell, but people in my household are. They are always prompt, nice, and I've never had a problem with the service.
Rodriguez used to be a decent place to eat, but over the last year or so they've really gone down hill. The food quality has gone down, and the prices have gone up. My family and I wanted Mexican food last night, and didn't want to stand in line at our favorite restaurant. We waited for nearly 45 minutes for our entrées to arrive at the table. When they finally did, they came out in one or 2 at a time. Everyone had their dish almost 5 full minutes before mine came out. The food was ok, but certainly not worth the wait or the cost. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

When we saw this going up here we were so excited. It is a beautiful looking restaurant with a shaded outdoor seating area and has a bar! The potential for this to be a hot spot to eat and drink is limitless. Unfortunately, the food and service falls extremely short. We have eaten here twice now, just in case the first lackluster meal was an anomaly. It wasn't. It seems to be the standard. Our first visit we were initially very pleased. The color and ambiance is very cheerful. It looks great inside and the patio is even better with flower pots and sports on the TV. The menu has lots of choices and looks fantastic. The service is incredibly slow. It took so long to get our food. It was soon after it opened and it was pretty busy, but even for those circumstances it was slower than it should have been. I got a spicy pork burrito. It was terrible!!! It tasted like a frozen El Monterrey burrito from Kroger. My wife ordered a Carne Asada Steak Quesadilla. It fell apart while she was eating it. They didn't put enough cheese in it to keep it together. All in all an unmemorable meal.We tried it again and were similarly disappointed. This time we ordered Steak Nachos and Fried Jalapeno's. The nacho's came with almost nothing on top. It looked like a lonely pile of chips in a box. There was a tiny splotch of meat and goat cheese on one side that was enough to maybe cover 3 or 4 chips. The fried Jalapeno's tasted store bought frozen.Fuzzy's is no longer as busy as it first was, probably because Taco Bell is much better and not that much further. Too bad, this place could have been great if not for for the food quality

Great for on the go, fast service. They have a happy hour on their margaritas, always a plus. Food is fresh, not frozen.
