The menu said Ranch Burger "AAA All Beef Hamburger with Lettuce, Tomato & Onion". Just what I wanted- a break from the artificial hamburgers sold at fast food restaurants. I imagined a real old fashioned hamburger like the ones we had as kids. Reality was completely different. The patty was dry and coated in what was essentially charcoal. Because there was no 'juice' (as in 'juicy'). it was smaller than if it had been cooked properly. When I opened the bun to put on mustard, I saw that the 1 inch by 3 inch solitary piece of letuce had wilted into the top of the patty. The onion consisted of two rings- not even a complete slice. And a tomato the size of a tooney was embedded in the bun. My wife ordered a burrito with a side of rice. The burrito was fine. The rice was room temperature. It was late and we were hungry and tired so we ate it and left. Our Lone visit to the Lone Star Texas Grill.Craig, Thanks for providing your feedback. Needed a quick affordable spot to eat that was fresh and low cal. Grabbed a âbowlâ with chicken and toppings for $8.10 and it was perfect. Super tasty, low cals, quick, and just felt great afterwards. And they were really fun behind the counter. Intuitive and helpful. Iâll definitely return.

Stopped in for a bite and drinks before a long drive, loved that they play movies above the bar rail for entertainment. We ordered guacamole, calamari, wings and pork belly. Everything was very fresh and we didn't wait long even tho the place was packed. The sauce with the calamari is spicy and oh so good!! I was listening to the bartender talk to another patron about tequilas, he really knows what he's doing!!

Had a luncheon meeting with a Supplier this past Monday. It was a beautiful, humid day and we both decided to travel to Dundas to enjoy some Mexican food. We arrived shortly after 12 noon, after finally finding some nearby street parking. The venue had some customers already, but we were able to secure a favourable table. The menu is quite extensive having many favourite dishes that can be found at most restaurants, but the name of the menu speaks MEXICAN.My business associate ordered a Mexi-beef burrito & I ordered one of my favourites, fish tacos, containing cajun-fried catfish. We both had a small draft beer.We both enjoyed our dishes & our discussions.
