If I want to have real Italian pizza in Wageningen I go to this restaurant. The dough is good and the topping really tasty. I tried several kind of pizza, including calzone, and I was never disappointed. The pizzaiolo knows how to do his job!I wouldn't recommend the pasta dishes though, I tried a couple of them and I was not happy. They were OK but they didn't taste as they should (and I'm Italian, I know what I am talking about ).

Been there after some drinks with friends. Place is small but modern and clean. Service is very informal and not professional. But the food: too much taste of frying oil and the grilled meat was super dry. Really i have never had so bad meat anywhere... For a just-opened place that is not a good sign...

The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. You have few seats but you can also just buy something and eat it while walking by the city. They have mediterranean spices, food and several objects from the North of Africa to sell. The menu is very diverse (they have several snacks and also mezze and chiwat) and if you are not familiar with the dishes the employees explain and show you everything.

This tiny restaurant has the best Egyptian and Middle Eastern food around. A mom and pop place, the menu has lots of tasty treats, and the service cannot be beat. Prices are the most down to earth in the area. You cannot go wrong, even if you are on a tight budget by eating here!

We have visited Alexandros Wageningen several times over the years, so I assume that I can judge restaurant Alexandros properly without being distracted by incidents. This recent visit did not diverge from my expectations, based on experience. Friendly service, tasty food and large portions, but somewhat longer waiting times than could be wished. Prices are of the usual ambitious Dutch level, but Alexandros is active on auction web sites and Groupon, so keep an eye on these sites for a discounted voucher.
